Recommended going to Auction, did very little to support, yet they got £6500 for doing very little & other member of staff were not upfront about cost. Sorry from my experience would recommend Fulfords Cowick Street Exeter ????????????

1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

29th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Bradley Bates, Connells Yate Branch manager handled the valuation of our property, something that was difficult to accurately do due to the changes in the world at the time. After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market.<br>Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus.<br>Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch.<br>In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest.<br>For this we are very grateful.<br>If i am looking for areas of growth for Connells Estate Agents, it would be to review the Solicitors you chose to work with, your recommendation was a bad reflection on your business model, it cannot be worth your effort to do their job and chase their errors all the time?

From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.
8th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. I continue to be delighted with Richard James performance and would urge anyone selling a property to ring them up tomorrow - or even this afternoon!

3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I had heard favourable feedback on Michael Adey Property so decided to approach them for a quote to sell our home.<br>Michael responded very quickly to my enquiry and visited us to chat through the process. Once confirmed, he sent a photographer out and we were impressed with the care and attention taken to show our property in the best possible light.<br>In all, we had 3 viewings accompanied by Vicki and 1 repeat viewing via ourselves.<br>Our property sold within 2 months and the follow up support was excellent - our thanks to all the team for the superb service provided.

26th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)We signed up with AJ Estate Agents earlier this year when we were selling our house. We cannot praise AJ and her team highly enough. They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. However large or small your property, you will get a 5 star service from these lovely people.
