26th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Mandi in particular has been easy to deal with, keeping me advised as to progress through to completion. Would happily recommend this estate agent to handle a sale/purchase.

3rd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Selling and buying don't think I'd recommend them don't seem interested in helping you buy a property even the Selling side is awful. Put in an offer for a property and no communication at all even when there Selling your property with them
14th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Whatever the issue you face they don't respond. It was very bad experience. When we ask anything, they say it is managed by landlord and he will come and sort. I don't know why they are taking rent if they don't solve customer issues.- 7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)They are very very rude thats all i can say. They came to measure and the girl came in with dirty feet and got mess on my back bedroom carpet which i have never mentioned to them. I dumped them them because they kept askung us to drop the price of our house. They said if i used another agent ud have to mention the one lady who came round to view our house. I was subsequently told by a female nember if staff that there was no way this lady would have brought our house. They are very very rude, and they lock you into a 20 week contract without telling you, so make sure you read the contract. We would never use fox and sons again ever. We will be putting our house back up for sale in a couple if years time, but we wont be using this agent. A couple of the female in there are very rude.

Although the legal process was challenging I found the professional ongoing support of Rachel and her team invaluable.<br>Eric Lloyd also have a ‘Sales Progression’ team in the Brixham Office who are brilliant at keeping you regularly updated with what is happening.<br>Overall a professional service with excellent communication, honest appraisal of what is needed to achieve the sale/purchase and a desire to get their customer the end goal.<br>I would highly recommend this Estate Agents.

17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Tailor Made considering the challenging market have done a great job at selling our home, Josh who sold for us and the whole team are extremely professional and respectful. We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

16th Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)My wife and I urgently needed to find somewhere to rent in Devizes after our intended house purchase fell through at the last minute and we were faced with probably losing our buyers. Not only did we have no prior experience of renting, but we were currently living 100 miles away, which presented considerable logistical problems. Sue and Toni at Belvoir, Devizes were not only very knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and helpful. They guided us through the process and with their assistance we were able to secure a suitable property only two weeks after first contacting them. We are very grateful for their support.

23rd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)Bluesky are proactive in keeping me informed about nthe progress of the marketing of my sale. They call and speak to me with updates on the progress my buyer has made. Being available until 7pm is a key and important feature of blue sky, as buyers have been able to contact them and get answers faster that agents I'm using to by who stop at 5

Holly, Annabel and Sharon were very accommodating and if it wasn't for there high professionalism I would not be settling in my new home.
19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)From the start of this process, Chloe and Lauren showed high professionalism, and most importantly, a human touch. They projected a sense of wanting to succeed for us and they certainly did by selling our house twice. They showed an excellent market awareness which enabled us to maximise the value of our property which I don’t believe we would have achieved with another agent. Both our sales were achieved by viewings on a Sunday! They worked 8 days a week for us!
