The whole process was very long drawn out due to numerous chains failing through, but was made much less stressful than it could have been by wonderful Hazel. Kept us informed every step of the way, fast to respond to questions, really understanding and helpful. They were all incredibly responsive and insightful and kept us updated on our house sale from start to finish. Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. The team were friendly, professional and highly efficient throughout the process. The property was marketed very quickly after instruction, with excellent presentation and proactive promotion. We were particularly pleased with how swiftly they found a buyer, which exceeded our expectations. Communication was outstanding. The team were always attentive, kept us updated at every stage, and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their personal approach and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. Thanks to Paul, Toby, Jess and Carolyn who we dealt with during the process and apologies if we've left anyone off. However, the team kept us informed of progress and were actively chasing news from the chain which made things a little more tolerable for us. We were very pleased and would definitely consider using Julian Marks in any future sale.

25th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Richard at the Long Ashton branch was incredibly friendly yet professional throughout the buying and selling process. He was willing and flexible in facilitating us to see the properly a few times for a second opinion and to measure up, as well as giving us great local knowledge that was very much appreciated. Rich was fantastic at keeping us informed, and ‘on the ball’ with chasing the solicitors, especially when it all got down to the wire. We were so impressed that we decided to sell through Andrews as well as buy, and his colleagues at the Southville branch were equally as professional and communicative in tying everything together. Would highly recommend! However, whilst Andrews were professional and supportive, we didn't have a great experince with Taylor Rose, who were recommended by Andrews, and would choose a local conveyancer in future.
