16th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)We’ve been so impressed with Owen from Milburys W-U-E from our first meeting, friendly, knowledgeable & understanding of us needing an extra viewing with our special needs child, this was quickly accommodated.<br>Owen was communicative throughout & again was a conduit for the practical stuff that really helps like if the Quooker tap does chilled water as well as boiling?? Important right?<br>He’s been fantastic & we would definitely have no hesitation recommending Milburys for sale or purchase to friends & family.

Leigh and Helen gave a balanced and thorough appraisal of the property when suggesting the sale price. From the moment we gave our instructions, Helen and the team were totally brilliant, always keeping us updated, and always responding very promptly to any emails or phone calls. Selling a home can be a very fraught experience, but I felt that we were thoroughly supported throughout. Many thanks to Helen especially, but also to all of the team.

16th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Webbers in Ilfracombe to purchase our new home. We came to their office on many occasions and were always given friendly and helpful service. Once we had found the property we wished to buy, we dealt exclusively with Shannon who really worked hard to keep us and the estate agent we were selling our current home with fully updated. It was clear that she was also working hard to fully engage with her clients selling their home to us as well. Thank you for such good service Shannon.

He gave us all the time we needed over several viewings and always responded to any questions or queries quickly. The overall service was excellent and we would strongly recommend the Braunton team.

He has calmly explained the process, given us advice and guidance along the way.<br><br>Moving home can be so stressful, and when things have felt difficult Greg has been a listening ear, providing reassurance and support, even when the issues dont directly relate to our sale.
