11th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)I can’t give enough praise to Winkworth Penn Hill. From the second Neil walked to my house, I had a gut feeling I would use them. I had two other agents booked but didn’t even bother with the third agent. The commission is excellent, the photographs taken of my house was excellent+ and the marketing of my house has been amazing the staff are all lovely and so very helpful and encouraging. I’ve had about 9 viewings in 6-7 days and so much positive feedback. Winkworth have definitely gone the mile and a half to sell my house for me. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely 11 out of 10.

5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have used Hindhead to relet a small number of investment properties which for many years I had owned and managed myself. I have used them for more than a year now and everyone there is really pleasant to deal with. The advertising and viewings are done quickly which really helps minimise the time the properties are vacant. Their application process also gives you a really good insight into who will be living in your property and I value the peice of mind I have knowing everything is compliant. Really recommend them.

Belle was exceptional from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by how proactive she was in keeping the purchase moving forward and ensuring all parties stayed on track. She regularly kept me informed of progress and worked closely with my solicitor, acting as an effective middle ground to help keep communication flowing smoothly. Whenever I had questions that hadn’t been answered elsewhere, Belle was always happy to help and provided clear, helpful responses. Her response times were consistently prompt, which made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage. Thank you, Belle, for your professionalism, dedication, and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend both Belle and Stratton Creber to anyone buying or selling a property.

2nd Jul 2026 (5 days ago)My agent is based at the Dawlish branch, Stuart. 99.9% of the time I call Stuart at Dawlish I get diverted to the Teignmouth Branch because Dawlish is too busy. Teignmouth say we will pass on the message and call you back.<br>Do you not understand that someone selling a property probably has a job and are phoning you during a rest break and it IS NOT convenient or possible to take a call when back at work.<br>I WOULD NOT recommend yourselves to any family or friends.<br>Please take note.

19th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Please avoid dealing with this agency . we rented a flat with them, there was a leaking from the above the property , we reported the issue , they did not even took the time to come and have a look into it . Very terrible experience, please avoid dealing with them. for a few dust, they are charging us 155 , a big SCAM. This agency does not deserve any star . our daughter was sick twice in this property . dehumidifier was on 24 hrs On . until now, we did not receive our deposit. We raised a complaint but they come back to us with bla bla without a resolution. We are planning to take to ombudsman

From my initial consultation with Lisa, whose friendly approach and humorous video introductions to Andrew, who kept me informed at every key stage, as well as all the other staff members who assisted along the way, the service has been exceptional. Thank you all for your professionalism, communication, and support throughout. Webbers also recommended Bright Solicitors, who have been excellent to work with and provided a similarly high standard of service. Unfortunately, the buyers' solicitors were a stark contrast and fell well short of the standard demonstrated by everyone else involved. I look forward to leaving feedback that accurately reflects my experience with them. Thank you again to the entire Launceston team for making what can be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

My property actually sold before it went to market as Lauren knew of someone who wanted to buy in my area. I have been so impressed from start to finish. Chloe spent time helping me with a solicitor query which I appreciated. I can’t recommend Key Move enough - they are brilliant!
