31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!
17th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)Extremely disappointed with Palmer Snell’s handling of the sale of our flat.<br>From the outset, communication was poor. For the first four months, we received virtually no updates and only found out what was happening by making regular visits to the branch ourseves. We were repeatedly promised callbacks and action, neither of which materialised on most occasions.<br>We also felt that the buyers’ interests were prioritised over ours, particularly as Palmer Snell acted as letting agents for several of their properties. This created a perceived conflict of interest and left us feeling that we were not being properly represented as their client. In addition, there were occasions where we felt information was not presented honestly or transparently, which further undermined our confidence in the agency and left us questioning whether we were being given the full picture.<br>Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of communication around exchange and completion. After months of frustration, the sale finally completed after 7 months of procrastination on the buyers side with no acknowledgement or proactive contact from the agency.<br>We were particularly disappointed with Anthony, the branch manager. Given his position, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication and customer care, but unfortunately this was not our experience. That said, Amanda and George were always professional whenever we dealt with them.<br>Having used Palmer Snell as letting agents for eight years without issue, we expected far better. As a sales agent, however, we found their service poor, unprofessional, deeply frustrating and at times, lacking in honesty and transparency. We would not recommend them to anyone selling a property.

Their communication was consistently good and they kept us updated regarding viewings, feedback and progress. Always keen to help with the property as we weren't local. Completed this week and am very happy!
22nd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Absolutely outrageous service me and my partner were looking for a property to rented a few months back and I enquired for a property in Canford heath I explained I was pregnant and got shut down in a formal and flamboyant manner basically stating that we wouldn't be able to afford it and that the landlord had only just bought and needs to pay his mortgage off, with all due respect you dont know what savings or family help people get so shouldn't really be judged. Very discriminitve and unprofessional.

Tristan and Shauna were incredibly supportive from start to finish—always happy to book viewings whenever we needed them and spending plenty of time with us at the property so we never felt rushed or pressured. They also gave us great guidance when it came to making our offers, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. We have now completed and got the keys, and we’re extremely grateful for all their help throughout the process. Their dedication, patience, and communication made a huge difference during what can be a stressful time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Welden Edwards.

1st Jul 2026 (6 days ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.
