14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)From Laura's calming and reassuring first visit to our house to guide us through the sale process, we were most impressed by the professionalism of the DOMVS team. This continued through the handling of viewings by Julie, Craig and Shireen (and others) to the excellent communication and advice from Marcus in the 'sales progression team', the latter over a protracted period due to issues with our onward move. We felt supported every step of the way and don't hesitate in recommending DOMVS.

Their communication was consistently good and they kept us updated regarding viewings, feedback and progress. Always keen to help with the property as we weren't local. 4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Although there are other estate agents in the area who we reached out to, Pettengells (we dealt with Simon & Adrian initially) stood out because of their calm, professional and non-pushy approach. We were very happy for them to help us with the sale of our house, and they were also the agent for the property we were buying. The team in the office are friendly, proactive and care about giving a good customer service. Overall we would highly recommend.

Rosella was a force of nature. She helped us to set a realistic price and timeline and was always happy to talk about any issues that arose. She was also exceptionally skilled at liaising with solicitors - her interventions always has a positive outcome in terms of moving the sale forward. We can't thank the team enough.

I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed. As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.
