We got there in the end and I'm so happy in my new home ??????

20th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I'm currently in the process of purchasing in Corsham, and hopefully will be able to exchange contracts soon. The Corsham office of Allen and Harris are handling the sale, and they have really made the process easy for me. Both Sienna and Hannah have been excellent, providing a very friendly, professional and helpful service. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in future.

21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I originally purchased my property through Andrews in Bath. So I didn't hesitate to use them again. We gave had a steady stream of viewings and about 5 offers. The current economic climate and the issues with Landlord investors made it difficult to value the house to gain the maximum value. However we seem to have reached a position where interested buyers are bidding similar offers and we have currently accepted an offer subject to contract. Andrews have been very good with communication where you get notification by email and text with follow up calls. Overall I am pleased with Andrews to date
23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Stuart was very rude from the beginning, we felt he rushed us every-time we viewed the property. We were first time buyers, so didn’t really know what to expect. we didn’t feel Stuart was professional and was quite patronising. Stuart told us when we viewed the property the first time, not to get a survey because it had recently had one and everything was fine. We did have a survey done and there were lots of things needing doing, he just wanted the house sold! He had no patience and didn’t seem interested with the important questions we asked him. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Stuart from Adam’s and rose!

We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. So much so I'd love to work with this company myself. 2nd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Purchased our house 6 years ago from them and then decided that sell through them at the beginning of the year and it was the best this we did. Weekly updates and helped push the sale towards the end keeping in contact with the solicitor. Compared to other companies in the area Grayson Florence go above and beyond. We went from putting our house on the market to being in our new house in just under 4 months.

The property is an older building and had a few known issues that needed to be resolved before we could apply, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Even though the work took a longer than expected, she made the whole experience smooth by clearly explaining what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication and professionalism has been outstanding.

16th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)My partner and I moved from abroad to the U.K for work and were looking for appartments in Plymouth. The rental market in Plymouth is moving fast at a relatively stressfull pace but fortunately Atwell-Martin, especially Ms. Bluett helped us out greatly. Their service is professional, calm and thorough even though it is apparent that Atwell-Martin is very busy in itself. They follow through and think with you, informing you if opportunities come up and helping you if required. The only improvement could be that an additional receptionist to answer the phone calls would improve their service! Massive thanks!

11th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

His efficient approach and excellent communication skills were a huge help and it made a very difficult situation much easier to cope with. His intervention at key point of the sale was invaluable in order to keep the process on track. Although I had limited communication with his team they were also very helpful and responsive. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Mudeford Estate Agents.
