After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

He gave me all the time I needed to measure up my new purchase and was incredibly patient while I showed my children.<br><br>Hugo was professional throughout, knowledgeable about the area, and never made us feel rushed.<br><br>A real credit to the team. The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

3rd Jan 2020 (6 years ago)They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. Etc.
12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!
