23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with the Frost Staines team was very disappointing. There was little to no clear sales strategy, the original valuation proved to be very unrealistic, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As we were not living in the property, it was particularly frustrating that viewings were often not communicated to us in advance. Overall, we felt unsupported and ultimately decided to withdraw.

Even though he didn’t have to, he stepped in and helped us through our buying process while we were selling our property with another estate agent.
