29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

Nice and easy, for a first time selling a home it was as easy as I could have hoped for. Not only did we sell it quickly but we were really pleased with the price and got over the asking. (They also valued it more than other agents) Highly Recommended!

18th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Probably the most racist people working in this company. I had very upsetting experiences number of times. Very difficult to get hold of and when we can not very helpful at all. I’d never recommend anyone to use this estate agency. You will be utterly disappointed ????

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Start to finish excellent. Buying via them was a doddle in what can be a fraught experience. From viewings and taking us around even though we hadn’t even listed ours yet, meant they were happy to go the extra mile and understood we weren’t just “browsing”. We were intro’d too during the process to the architect Jonathan who were working with as well at the moment and they were extremely knowledgeable about the house, the area, the listed status and the sellers which was reassuring. Great service and the whole team did great. Thank you and would happily use again in the future or to anyone selling.

Eight years ago, when we purchased the farm, Melissa was working for a different agent and supported us through what was a particularly complex and far-from-straightforward transaction. We never forgot how capable, calm and supportive she was throughout that process, so when the time came to sell, she was the natural choice to represent us. From the moment Melissa took over the sale, the experience was seamless. She went above and beyond at every stage, always being available, doing exactly what she said she would do, and even negotiating on our behalf while on annual leave. Her dedication, professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, but what truly set her apart was the genuine care and understanding she showed throughout what can be a stressful process. Melissa not only achieved a quick sale, but also secured an offer almost £200,000 higher than another agent had suggested we should market the property for. 11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Asked for a valuation along with a couple of other agents - decided to go with another agent. Since then they call me all the time, despite me repeatedly (at least 10 times now) telling them to delete all my information from their files and not contact me anymore. I cannot express how irritating it is, and I believe a breach of GDPR as well. Can you just leave me alone???

Nothing was too much trouble. We found out more from them than we did from our solicitor! Niamh and Bethany, who were managing the sale, deserve a special mention as they were very helpful and always acted in a professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property. Thank you Hurfords.

26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Visited Rosedale Property Agents at their office in Market Deeping and found them to be friendly, positive, well organised and professional. I was lucky enough to have a valuation carried out that same day and viewings were arranged immediately. The office kept me up to date and well informed about everything going on. One week later I have an offer on the property, which I have accepted. I have been pleasantly surprised by how quickly things have moved and delighted to have make such rapid progress within such a short space of time. I can recommend Rosedale without hesitation. Thank you very much to Sue, Becky and Sharon for excellent work.

Constant feedback and response to questions and when it looked like the chain was in danger of collapsing he spent hours contacting all the agents and solicitors to get the completion through. Thank you. (I’m not planning on moving anytime soon but if I was I would definitely choose Ewemove.

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

They were helpful, professional and courteous, with great communication throughout the sale of our property. As people who develop property, we have had many encounters with estate agents and we can genuinely say that Norton Rickett are a step above the rest. We had also researched many other agents and were impressed that Homesale were the only company offering a bespoke service. They were also the most competitively priced.
