27th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)We have been coming to Suffolk and the southwold area for years...but stayed in our campervan...but for different reasons we wanted to stay in a cottage and within easy access to southwold town...durrants was so helpful from start to finish of our stay....just at the other end of the phone and office in town also if you needed anything...and lovely friendly staff....thank you ????

Throughout a difficult process she kept us informed and arranged for a number of visits to the property so that various workmen could look at alterations we planned. A very pleasant young lady with an understanding of how to talk to and deal with people in stressful situations. Very impressed.
22nd Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)I phoned Brown & co today in Norwich regarding a property to ask whether or not it was still for sale. I was not met with a friendly voice appreciating my interest in the property but was just told the owner was considering the best offer of sealed bids. I was then put through to another lady who greeted me with an abrupt tone of voice, I asked if she could take my name as I am looking for a similar property, she took my name and said I will let you know if something similar becomes available. Firstly she didn't give me time to finish telling her my full number and it seemed quite apparent she did not value me as a potential customer and made no enquiries about the area I'm looking to move to. It seems Brown & co have their favoured clientele and I'm certainly not one of them. I am in business myself and I value my customers it's a shame Brown & co doesn't do the same. DM Norfolk

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me. Several of my property's have also been sold by them with again being very helpful and always on hand to direct and advise. Thank you

But where both impressed by his refreshing approach taken from his own experience with developing and selling his own properties. Keen and interested to listen and give good advice. I would recommend him. thanks David- 14th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)We bought our new house through Strutt & Parker in late 2020. Will Mullan was our main point of contact and was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process, despite the fact that to this day we have not met in person because of the pandemic! The whole experience was really positive (aided hugely by the lovely couple who sold us the house); with no games being played and clear communication throughout, which I really value. Sadly this has not always been our experience elsewhere! Whenever we had a question, Will was available on email or on the phone. His colleagues who showed us the house and brought us the keys on moving day were also very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommended.
1st Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!
3rd Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)They are absolutely lovely understanding and patient they have made things super easy for me to get things done. They also are very fast managed to find buyers within a month of being up for sale
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.
19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)As a letting agent we have always found Keeleys friendly, responsive and professional. When we first moved in we dealt with Sharon who always managed all our queries in a timely manner. This continued when she left and we dealt with Hayley and Vickey. The team all tried their utmost to insure repairs etc were managed quickly and professionally, this wasn’t always an easy task for them due to matters beyond their control. I would recommend them highly as letting agents. Thank you for all your support, friendliness and professionalism in the past 7 and 1/2 years. K, G and A
