28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Initially John Brown was the most professional of the agents I viewed and made the most sense eschewing estateagentese. They quickly found a buyer but she was very difficult and the sale dragged on over a year. However that was not of their making and they worked very hard for us. The first sale collapsed due to our purchaser's delaying. We stuck to our vendors and reconstituted the chain. Thanks to Mr Youll we got over the line
16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
22nd Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)Horrible experience with trying to get my deposit back (still trying to get it back to this day!). I put down the 5 week deposit for a flat that was advertised by Cavendish Cheam but had to back out due to personal circumstances. I understand that I cannot get back the 1 week holding deposit but for the rest of my money, it has not been returned yet. Daren has been claiming that I will be deposited the amount on certain days but has never followed through. It feels like I am being played at this point. Proceed with caution when dealing with this agency!

From the moment I began the process of selling my property, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and consistently reassuring. They kept me informed at every stage, addressed all my questions promptly, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire journey. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction. It’s rare to find a service that combines efficiency, genuine care, and excellent communication, but Mark and his team delivered all of that and more. The service was truly first class, and I would happily return to Mark Beaumont for any future property needs without hesitation.

9th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)I have lived in a property that they managed for 4 years. They were very organised and professional from the start. Every year electricity checks were done, to keep us safe and every year they would contact us to renew the contract in a timely manner. When I was asked to leave the property (due some work that had to be done, for safety reasons) they gave me plenty of time to plan my move and after I moved, they returned my deposit within a good amount of time. Thank you, Adam and the owner of the house. I have great memories in that flat and thanks to you, none were bad memories. Thanks for your professionalism, work ethic and integrity.- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange.
