If you're consdiering this agency - as well as looking at those reviews, do ask yourself - if they cannot even be bothered to reply to any of these bad reviews, what are they going to be like if you give them your business? There are so many estate agencies out there, some of which are great, please do invest 10 minutes finding one...
26th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Hollie Streifler is excellent. We viewed Low Cottage in Old Oxted with her and she was knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. She was even able to help with some incite into the condition of the Grade 2 listed property we were viewing. Highly recommended if you are searching for a new home.
22nd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I met with George Mayhew for a second visit on this property he was really helpful and went through queries I had on site. Very helpful on both viewings I had with him. We now have a new tenancy in the area we wanted due to the great communication and speed of setting up visits for the family.
26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

12th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Their weekly updates and support made the whole process smooth for us. Highly recommend state agent for their professional work and supportive team.
- 31st Oct 2020 (5 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

7th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Northwood Wokingham have been with me at every step of the way from 2005 when I first became a buy to let Landlord right up until 2025 when I finally retired and they sold both of the rental properties they had managed for me for the last 20 years. With my first 2 properties in the area, I signed up to their Platinum scheme and the team fully managed the properties with a guaranteed rental income for me irrespective of any potential voids between tenants. This was perfect for me in the early days when I was new to the rental business, needed a guaranteed hassle free income whilst I worked full time. As the years progressed and my property portfolio grew, I moved to the standard managed package. I was working with other agents outside Berkshire with my other properties and was always impressed with how Northwood’s standard of service, property maintenance , property inspections and attention to detail was so much better than elsewhere. Denise, Julie and the team were always happy to help resolve issues as they arose and give practical advice. Fast forward to 2024-25 and I decided to sell my properties, Denise and Julie were who I turned to provide expert advice and guidance through the 2 successful sales. I recommend the team at Northwood very highly both for Landlords (and tenants) as well as for property sales.

He was attentive, professional and knowledgeable and helped us in all things to do with our commercial lease. He assisted us in our rent review and other matters. Best service

He also went above and beyond his duties as an agent, giving advice and help with preparing the property for sale. I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone looking for an agent.
