Adam was patient, understanding and truly did his absolute best to get me over the finishing line in a timeframe that would work for me.<br>Adam is a fantastic and a driven individual which was a pleasure to work and collaborate with. I would reccomend him anytime!
7th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

22nd Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

He went over and above what I would normally expect from an agent, even helping arrange house clearance and meter readings. He has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish, and after the journey we’ve had selling our property, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without him.<br><br>Cameron saw us through not one, not two, but FOUR failed property sales due to broken chains — through absolutely no fault of ours or the house — and every single time, he was there ready to pick things straight back up and get us moving again. He worked tirelessly to get our property relisted, arrange new viewings and generate fresh interest, often within incredibly small turnaround times. His efficiency and determination were second to none.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Cameron was responsive, professional, proactive and, perhaps most importantly, truly understanding of just how stressful and disheartening the situation could be. Time and time again, he stood up for us, supported us and did everything he possibly could to keep things progressing. We always felt that he was firmly in our corner.<br><br>After what has felt like an incredibly long road, we have FINALLY exchanged, and we are so grateful to Cameron for everything he did to help get us here. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill
21st Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We were so impressed with Pat and the team’s service during our recent purchase of a property.<br>They were really accommodating of us needing to do separate viewings, as well as bringing our children along to see the house. We also had a few things that needed sorting out before we exchanged; like a microwave replacement and a door that needed fixing. Pat went over and above to help us and checked that we were happy with the end result.<br>We are very thankful their professional and top class service we received and would highly recommend Rush Witt and Wilson Battle to buy from or sell through.

As first time buyers everything seems stressful and scary, Sarah has done everything in her power to make it as calm and easy as possible, even with our persistent emails??????. It has been so nice to work with such down-to-earth estate agents who supported us throughout the entire process of selling and buying our home.<br><br>Viewings were always arranged in bulk bookings, which made everything much easier to manage. The team explained everything in simple terms, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what can be a stressful process as straightforward as possible.<br><br>I would highly recommend Pear to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
