Adam was so very kind to my frail, old Dad who was giving up living independently after losing his wife, and was also unwaveringly supportive of me despite my lack of understanding about the way real estate sales work in the UK.<br>Adam did what he promised and helped me sell my elderly father’s large flat in Hove promptly, with as little stress as possible, for the price we had hoped for. And he accomplished this for me transatlantically as I live in Canada. His recommended solicitor, Helen Rowe of DMH Stallard, was equally excellent. I would recommend this team to anyone! I am beyond grateful for their assistance at this most challenging time.

22nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

He went over and above what I would normally expect from an agent, even helping arrange house clearance and meter readings. He kept us informed throughout and gave clear advice.

It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. 18th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Both Tania and Dan have been excellent finding a quick buyer and managing the chain and subsequent communication, following our previous purchaser pulling out at the last minute.<br><br>Given the sale was not straightforward - due in part to market and local factors and the total lapsed time to exchange, it would not have been a surprise if the branch got tired and heads dropped. That was not the case! The energy, focus and passion remained throughout process. And even when we experienced a few bumps in the road, they remained calm, professional and took ownership to resolve. Never avoiding our calls. Always taking accountability. They are an experienced lot. They know what they are doing.

Cubbit & West does all the legwork, you just need to turn up for appointments or viewing. The team will work around your work hours and preferences, ever disappointing. Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.
