Amy was absolutely amazing — she guided us through every step, always kept us updated, responded quickly, and made us feel supported whenever we needed help. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made a very stressful process much easier.<br><br>We would also like to give a special thank you to Jamie, our mortgage advisor. They have always given and continue to give, exceptional service from the very start until a new tenant is in place. We are kept informed every step of the way and any queries are answered quickly. Caroline and Tracey always return a call and are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Good customer service is hard to find but they continue to build their business around this.
3rd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

17th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.

Their Haywards Heath team mainly Ceira Whittaker and Zoe Simpson who dealt with myself were always attentive and respectful, showing a level of professionalism that was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. They were instantly in the role of experienced - even wise - old friends. The result? An instant flurry of keen potential buyers and success, after 3 visits, in an agreed sale, completing on 26/6/26, well in excess of the asking price IN JUST 8 DAYS! You couldn't choose a better team to do the same or similar for your sale.

22nd Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Finding a good agent is not easy, it is more luck than judgement. Harris Wickens have been exceptional. Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.
18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)After searching a long time for the perfect property, I contacted VC Estates to enquire about a house I had seen listed with them, they invited me into office within the hour to view not one but two properties they had listed, that matched our criteria. Within 24 hours of viewing the first property recommendation, David had our offer accepted. The communication with David, Alison and Ben has been amazing- It's very hard to come by such accommodating, genuine agents, who truly go above and beyond for their customers. If ever we come to sell our current purchase we would definitely choose VC Estates over any other estate agent.

18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)If you’re looking for a first class agent to sell your home Greenaway, is definitely the best. They were the only agents who consistently produced people to view. (We were originally on with 3 multi agents.) Once an offer had been excepted Michael has gone way over and above what we expected to ensure the chain completed. There were numerous “bumps in the road” as always expected during a sale and purchase but Michael was consistently chasing, updating and emailing a number of other agents and solicitors, to keep us up to date on progress.<br>I would highly recommend Michael and the team, you will NOT be disappointed and all at a very reasonable cost. Thank you so much team Greenaway. X
