Recently I have used them to find a new tenant and to sort out redecoration in a very short space of time which they did brilliantly. Both Tracy and Charlotte have been very helpful, proactive and kept me updated with each development. I highly recommend them.

3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.
2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish. We switched to Fox and Sons after 6 weeks of very little interest and had a buyer the first day. Aaron kept in touch and was proactive throughout. House selling is stressful but they made it as smooth as possible.

2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)As tenants, we had a very disappointing experience with this agency. We would not recommend them to either tenants or landlords. They collected our rent but failed to pass it on to the landlord for several months. They also failed to protect our tenancy deposit within the required 30-day legal timeframe, causing unnecessary stress and concern. Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting this agency.

The service I received from start to finish was exceptional, and the whole team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>A special mention must go to Jo Woodrow, who was absolutely brilliant. Jo went above and beyond at every stage, keeping me informed, answering any questions promptly, and making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Her professionalism, dedication, and friendly approach were outstanding and truly made all the difference.<br><br>Thank you to Jo and everyone at Jackson Stops Chichester for providing such a first-class service. 17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.

Their Haywards Heath team mainly Ceira Whittaker and Zoe Simpson who dealt with myself were always attentive and respectful, showing a level of professionalism that was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. Communication was effortless and transparent, and the team took the stress out of the entire relocation and letting process. 18th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)We had the good fortune to choose Harry, Andrew and Simon at Winkworth Petersfield to sell our Arts and Crafts house a kilometre from the heart of the town. They were instantly in the role of experienced - even wise - old friends. The result? An instant flurry of keen potential buyers and success, after 3 visits, in an agreed sale, completing on 26/6/26, well in excess of the asking price IN JUST 8 DAYS! You couldn't choose a better team to do the same or similar for your sale.

Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.
