8th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)As I was a first time buyer and I stayed in same property for 8 years. I got information that my Owner want to Sell house and Landmark was the Agent. Their communications was very Good. They explained me what to be done. They helped to Give the Mortgage Adviser and also the Solicitor. They Gave first preference to buy this house as I was staying for 8 years. Deal was very good and the Good thing was communications. I had my first communication with Mr. Hitish. He came to.my house, but I was not there. He had conversion to my younger daughter and explain her. It was nice that youngter no what their Family is doing g to buy house. Afterward my case was handle the Lady Name Raveen. Whenever we have convertion on phone, first thing she will ask how are you and than we have our conversation. She is to follow it up very well. If I want ask her anything, she will always help. With their help and the Mortgage Adviser finally on 1st June I and my wife is owner of our property. I thank each of them who were involve in doing my property on our name. I recommend if anyone get chance to buy property under Landmark Agency do go for it as the people are very polite, professional and understandable. Once again thank you in future if I want something I will contact you Take Care and God will shower blessing on you all and keep you in Goood health. Thanks Francisco / Angelina

24th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Got locked out of my flat at 10pm and called Sam, our property manager. He came to meet me within 15 minutes of calling him with a spare set of keys! Exceptional service, really appreciate how quickly he was able to help even at such a late hour

They offered advice but gave us space to make our own decisions. They were proactive in marketing and scheduling viewings and we have accepted an offer of the asking price.

The staff are very warm, kind, helpful and very professional, special mention to Dilraj who has been very helpful and understanding in every way. They kindly gave us full refund of the deposit after we left our rented house and did not deduct any money. I would highly recommend recommend Asford Agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and a committed experience.

From my very first interaction, Nick Maund was professional, approachable and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. He made the entire renting process straightforward and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Throughout my tenancy, Nick was consistently helpful, courteous and efficient. Any issues I reported were dealt with promptly, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. His communication was excellent, and his calm, supportive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel much easier. Nick Maund is a real credit to Hackett Estate Agents. His professionalism, integrity and dedication to looking after tenants are exactly what you hope to find in an estate agent. They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. 8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We've been with LDB for four years now as tenants and they are so phenomenal. Any time we have an issue it is very promptly resolved. They communicate very clearly. Our property manager Sam is seriously the best! We are lucky to have them as a management company.

We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.
