Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

22nd Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Have had to take the property of the market and will probably relist. It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I recently dealt with Greg James Estate Agents while trying to purchase a property, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I found them to be rude and unprofessional in their communication. At what should already be a stressful time when trying to buy a house, I felt they lacked courtesy, transparency, and basic professionalism. I do not believe they acted in the right manner during the process, and their conduct left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential buyer. Buying a home is a significant financial and emotional commitment, and I expected a much higher standard of service. Sadly, this was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
