8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)As I was a first time buyer and I stayed in same property for 8 years. I got information that my Owner want to Sell house and Landmark was the Agent. Their communications was very Good. They explained me what to be done. They helped to Give the Mortgage Adviser and also the Solicitor. They Gave first preference to buy this house as I was staying for 8 years. Deal was very good and the Good thing was communications. I had my first communication with Mr. Hitish. He came to.my house, but I was not there. He had conversion to my younger daughter and explain her. It was nice that youngter no what their Family is doing g to buy house. Afterward my case was handle the Lady Name Raveen. Whenever we have convertion on phone, first thing she will ask how are you and than we have our conversation. She is to follow it up very well. If I want ask her anything, she will always help. With their help and the Mortgage Adviser finally on 1st June I and my wife is owner of our property. I thank each of them who were involve in doing my property on our name. I recommend if anyone get chance to buy property under Landmark Agency do go for it as the people are very polite, professional and understandable. Once again thank you in future if I want something I will contact you Take Care and God will shower blessing on you all and keep you in Goood health. Thanks Francisco / Angelina

26th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I'm posting this review here as Winkworth is trying to take my truthful review down on TrustPilot. I have hundreds of screenshots willing to prove the terrible service I received as a tenant and to prove all the harassment as they would incessantly email from multiple people from the same office. I wouldn't be posting yet another complaint if they didn't report my review for a second time, but they've forced my hand. They serve section 21 eviction notices left and right before it is entirely legal (based on the timeframe, they do it pre emptively to the 2 month threashhold, and did so in my case). They tried entering my property without giving 24 hour notice multiple times outside the 2 month allowance timeframe. It took the team 4.5 months to return my entire deposit. I had to contact TDS and even go through legal avenues in order to receive my undisputed deposit. A shoutout to the terrible Bradley Whitehead, Sibel Camci and last but certainly least as in she is the bane of the Shepherd's Bush rental market, the lazy & entitled Daisie Lander. These three are chancers at best, reaping profits off of rentals that aren't legally fit to be rented and keeping deposits to record profits. They also "heavy suggest" that tenants use only one cleaner they refer us. The fear of losing more of our deposit is real and something they regularly enforce from what I've seen. This is illegal to enforce in the UK and because of the vague way that they suggest us to use their recommended cleaner, people cannot place this forward as a formal complaint. That said, I can note that they only suggest one cleaner. This office uses every underhanded manner to torture their tenants and make upper class professionals feel like criminals who should feel so lucky to have a tenancy. I've heard multiple complaints about Daisie when finding my next rental and get why some people don't want women to work, they're all thinking of her in particular. Lazy, entitled, and constantly out of office, I can personally show all the times she was out of office when I sent her an email. Though that's just the beginning of this tale, from strange agents coming into my apartment without any warning and claiming they were "new" (high turnover I see), to receiving several emails everyday regarding rentals for 4-5 weeks straight after I received my section 21 eviction as a standard harassment tactic, this isn't the office you want to work with or be renting from.

2nd Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Had a lovely experience with Knightsbridge estate agents, specifically Jessica Richard’s :) she was very accommodating during the search, showed me around a couple flats in the area and helped me find the perfect home for the duration of my studies in London, within walking distance to university and within my budget- on a very short notice. The process was quick from viewing to singing the lease and she helped me every step of the way. I’ve got no complaints.

Aspire found a full price buyer in less than two weeks, and the sale went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend this estate agent.

They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.
