22nd Jul 2023 (3 years ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

26th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I'm posting this review here as Winkworth is trying to take my truthful review down on TrustPilot. I have hundreds of screenshots willing to prove the terrible service I received as a tenant and to prove all the harassment as they would incessantly email from multiple people from the same office. I wouldn't be posting yet another complaint if they didn't report my review for a second time, but they've forced my hand. They serve section 21 eviction notices left and right before it is entirely legal (based on the timeframe, they do it pre emptively to the 2 month threashhold, and did so in my case). They tried entering my property without giving 24 hour notice multiple times outside the 2 month allowance timeframe. It took the team 4.5 months to return my entire deposit. I had to contact TDS and even go through legal avenues in order to receive my undisputed deposit. A shoutout to the terrible Bradley Whitehead, Sibel Camci and last but certainly least as in she is the bane of the Shepherd's Bush rental market, the lazy & entitled Daisie Lander. These three are chancers at best, reaping profits off of rentals that aren't legally fit to be rented and keeping deposits to record profits. They also "heavy suggest" that tenants use only one cleaner they refer us. The fear of losing more of our deposit is real and something they regularly enforce from what I've seen. This is illegal to enforce in the UK and because of the vague way that they suggest us to use their recommended cleaner, people cannot place this forward as a formal complaint. That said, I can note that they only suggest one cleaner. This office uses every underhanded manner to torture their tenants and make upper class professionals feel like criminals who should feel so lucky to have a tenancy. I've heard multiple complaints about Daisie when finding my next rental and get why some people don't want women to work, they're all thinking of her in particular. Lazy, entitled, and constantly out of office, I can personally show all the times she was out of office when I sent her an email. Though that's just the beginning of this tale, from strange agents coming into my apartment without any warning and claiming they were "new" (high turnover I see), to receiving several emails everyday regarding rentals for 4-5 weeks straight after I received my section 21 eviction as a standard harassment tactic, this isn't the office you want to work with or be renting from.
2nd Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Had a lovely experience with Knightsbridge estate agents, specifically Jessica Richard’s :) she was very accommodating during the search, showed me around a couple flats in the area and helped me find the perfect home for the duration of my studies in London, within walking distance to university and within my budget- on a very short notice. The process was quick from viewing to singing the lease and she helped me every step of the way. I’ve got no complaints.

2nd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)On my showing day i met with the agent, who was so friendly We start the conversate, and i told him about my horrible experiences so far with other agency, who have you turn up , but the property is gone He was so reassuring Then i called jessica and informed i will take the property She reassured me she will do all she can and she did Today i got my first home to rent in Uk....thanks jessica and snelkers- This agent doesn't have any reviews

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

21st Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.

7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)My experience with Kearns Residential was flawless. Callum and Kaitlin went above and beyond, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap, but this has been anything but my experience with Kearns.<br><br>We received a sensible valuation on the property from Callum - we were not provided a sensationalist and overly optimistic price and we were not lowballed either.<br><br>Within around 2 weeks we had not only received multiple viewings but had competing offers close to our listing price.<br><br>Of course we were delighted to secure an offer so quickly, and at around the asking price, but where Callum and the team really stood out was their support throughout the process from start until completion. The team - and Callum in particular - were always available promptly to answer any questions we had, help chase up conveyancers and keep us generally in the loop. I also felt they never made overly-optimistic promises to us either, which I appreciated.<br><br>5* without a shadow of a doubt.
