12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I’m not one for leaving reviews but I wanted to write about my personal experience in letting with Holly Erarslan at Hamptons. After deliberating on whether to sell or rent our property in west London (and seeing every agent in the area) my husband and I decided to rent, as we felt secure in leaving our family home in Holly’s very capable hands. As our home was fully furnished to a high standard we were a bit hesitant at first. Throughout the tenancy Holly could not have made our experience more reassuring and professional. Her customer service skills are second to none, she spoke to us with such assurance and genuine care and understanding - and we always felt that she had everything in hand. It’s what’s missing in most customer service today - that extra level of personal care. Holly would phone or meet in person and explain things meticulously, she would sometimes make a point to go over something we weren’t sure about (or comfortable with) and our feelings were always a priority and important to her. She would often request we take some time to think it all over. And despite a few obstacles and life choices we’ve had to make along the way, we always knew with confidence, that any decisions we made with Holly were going to be the right ones - and that she had our best interests at heart. Since our meeting over a year ago we decided to carry on our rental with Holly and her lovely team and I can honestly say she is the main reason why we chose to stay with Hamptons. She’s a credit to her team, she makes you feel like you’re dealing with a friend, and not just a company… and she is walking proof of what most customer service is lacking (but still exists!) in the world today. If I could give her a 20 out of 10, I would! If you’re considering Hamptons, please do not hesitate in meeting with Holly. Kristy May McCormack

The KFH team were excellent at securing multiple viewings eventually securing a buyer for my flat. Thank you so much Paul and Candy and I cannot recommend your services enough.

Her clarity, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process much smoother and more reassuring for us as tenants. 17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I’ve been with London estates for 3 years, and I have to say they are one of the best agency’s I’ve been with over the last 8 years, I’ve had 5 different flats since moving to London and they are the only agency that have been hassle free and have made the whole experience of renting as stress free as they could. They might be a small agency but they have made a massive impact to myself in comparison to any big agency. The team in themself are quick to respond to any issues and great at checking everything is in order, I’d like to give a special mention to John and Anca who have been so amazing during this time.
27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We switched the management of this property in Queens Park Place from another leading agent at the end of previous tenancy on 20th April 2026. The Lettings team - Carmen, Louise, Sofia were right on the ball and within days had organised a few viewings. A letting was agreed at the asking rental amount with the 3rd viewer (after two other tentative offers). We, as landlords, were very prompt in responding to all requests for certificates/info/Licence etc and the tenants references were promptly gathered and approved. As a result of their efficiency, the tenant moves in today (27th May). Very happy with the service and efficiency and hope to have a long and mutually beneficial association with KF. Thanks Team!

12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I'd give 0 stars if I could!!!!!<br><br>A company that are clearly in it for the money, rather than the upkeep of the properties they supposedly "manage"!<br>Since they took over a property on Greenford Road (Sudbury), it's been a nightmare for my elderly parent's who have lived in their home for over 40yrs.<br>I've had to repeatedly call, then evidence my complaints for the lack of upkeep & overgrown front & rear garden's!<br>The last time I called, I was told that the front & rear garden boundary fences are my parent's responsibility - which it is not & have taken the liberty to knock on every single door of the resident's on either side to clarify this!<br>My mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year (2025). During her last few month's at home, she was was unable to enjoy sitting in her garden (which she absolutely loved to do) due to broken fencing & lack of privacy. That's when I contacted them, to be told it was OUR responsibility!<br>Our beautiful mum has since passed unfortunately & we as a family will never forget the way this awful company treated us.<br>It's taken a whole year of grieving for me to muster the strength to write this review, but am doing so to raise awareness for a truly cruel group of people who put money before customer service & doing what's right!<br>We will never forget how our beautiful mum couldn't go in her garden in her last month's, purely because the fences were broken & the shared housing resident's would be able to see her.<br><br>Think of that Mr Larry & your rotten team - we will never forgive you for that - NEVER!!

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)After trying all the usual suspects, Fine & Country were the only estate agent that got us credible buyers on the very first day of our 'open house' and we accepted one of the offers a week later. Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.
