I’ve repeatedly reported an ongoing hot water issue and have spent months chasing updates, yet the problem remains unresolved.<br><br>The hot water pressure has deteriorated to the point where I am now unable to take a proper shower in my own flat. Despite numerous reports and follow-ups, no effective solution has been provided.<br><br>If you’re looking for a responsive agency that takes maintenance issues seriously, this has not been my experience.

The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of finding my new home. She was always easy to get hold of, and having direct communication over WhatsApp made everything so much easier and quicker. She knows the local area really well and was always on hand to answer questions or sort out any issues with the vendor.<br><br>Thanks to her proactive approach, the whole process moved along smoothly and much faster than we expected. We’d definitely recommend Shash to anyone looking for an estate agent who is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

Richard was proactive throughout the process, always pleasant and straightforward to deal with, and consistently demonstrated a real sense of urgency in moving things forward.<br><br>He kept on top of the details, followed up when needed, and was clearly focused on getting the deal over the line. We really appreciated his responsiveness and positive approach throughout the sale and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

My husband and I both work in real estate and to see these people in business is a joke. They have been double charging for management fees without any explanation and without notice. They don't answer emails or phone calls, their turnover of staff is constant so you can't get answers from anyone. NOT RECOMMENDED

Neena was very helpful in arranging the times when we could do a viewing to suit us, and allowed time to look around at our own pace. She was extremely professional, polite and friendly throughout, answering questions and queries without pushing or putting us under pressure. After a second viewing, we decided that the property was not going to be right for us, but that was nothing to do with the experience with Stamfords. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would be very happy to use them again.

28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Fabulous sales and rental team at the SW3 office. I have used them to rent out a property for the last 10 years and they have been so brilliant at finding good tenants . I then have recently used them to sell the property which could not of have gone more smoothly. Agnes, the head of the sales team was brilliant at managing the sale of the property, professional and realistic advise, she secured a very smooth quick sale which I was very grateful for given the present landscape of the property market at the moment.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.

He took time to understand our needs, was always on hand to take our phone calls, completely transparent and able to help navigate us through the sale using his years of experience.<br><br>He found us a buyer within the first week of us speaking to him and they had even put in an offer. He then found us our eventual buyers who were the best buyers anyone could have asked for.<br><br>Everything went through smoothly, within the time frame we were hoping and we completed without any major delays or hiccups.<br><br>Thank you Mark and Cow & Co.
