Right from the get-go they were all over every aspect of the sale and in constant communication with the various parties. She went over and beyond what would have normally been expected of her role - right from coordinating with lawyers to helping with moving furniture! They were accessible, reasonable and help me to solve all the issues you can encounter when you buy a house. Very satisfied with the final result, as I ended up buying my desired house in Barnes, and specially with the way I was treated.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We are so glad we instructed Bourne estate agents. Initially we had another agent in mind, however, Bourne were able to offer a real bespoke service and gave us a clear, honest and professional pathway. From advertising to sales tactics, they were able to maximise our viewings and were present and looking impeccable during. We had so many offers! More then we expected, and Bourne were able to advise on the viability of the offers based on strict buyer vetting, quickly helping us accept the best offer. They were attentive when chasing solicitors and buyer, weekly calls for updates, always picked up the phone when I called and remained positive and reassuring, very helpful when dealing with the stress of selling. Now we have sold and moving on it’s a bitter sweet feeling, selling the home we love, but thanks to Bourne, we are getting a great offer and they also could see the great features of our home and importantly the great things about the area, relaying that to the buyer. On a final note, I want to specifically thank Andy for his dynamic personality and assertive leadership, this was the pull to choosing the Team, and to Shaun, the suit of the operation, so unbelievably well spoken and articulate, he made us feel so confident throughout the process and really looked out for our interests. We actually feel a bit sad that our journey with Bourne has come to a close, we always had a laugh and banter when we chatted for updates, the team just give off this happy and motivated energy, a testament to good leadership and work balance, this definitely reflects in their work. The property was handed over in an uninhabitable state - unsanitary, unclean, with waste left in the toilet. It took two weeks to resolve even partly. When raised, they declined responsibility citing a let-only arrangement. Draw your own conclusions about their due diligence

Josh really listened to what I liked/disliked and consistently followed up with relevant properties and viewings over several weeks. With Josh, nothing ever felt like too much trouble.. and I had a lot of Qs! Josh, thank you for making a stressful search that much easier. You absolutely delivered and it was ace - thanks for all your help! ??????????????????

Georgia maintained regular communication throughout the purchase process and provided support whenever we had queries or required additional information. She dealt with the hurdles of the process with care and showed great patience and empathy, understanding our situation as part of a chain. Kayleigh made sure our transaction does not get effected with any pauses and see's it through to end.

No question was too much as I had many with the new Laws coming in. She was always calm in her approach and always returned my calls. I also had a last min glitch and Swati was on the case straightaway and got it sorted quickly. They are rigorous in the checks and making sure everything is in place.
