From the moment we walked through the door, Glen was kind, attentive, and worked hard to make sure all our needs were met. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping us find the right place, not just closing a deal. What really stood out was his responsiveness to our questions and the honesty and transparency he showed throughout the whole process. That level of trust made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring. Thanks to Glen and the team at Compton Reeback, we’re now happily settled in our new place and couldn’t be more grateful for their help. We’d absolutely recommend them- 10/10.

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!
11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)What can i say? Called on the morning of 2nd March and spoke to Swati on the phone requesting a same day viewing of an apartment to rent that had just gone up same day. Quickly booked and both agreed for 14:30. Advised me I’ll be meeting Maryam at the property. My first time moving into a place where it’s all on me. The advice the help these 2 ladies have given is amazing. Viewed the place with Maryam and Maryam just stepped to the side and said ‘you view it and then we speak’ i loved that! Usually when i have been viewing the estate agents want to rush and get it over and done with but Maryam allowing me to do that and speak to family at same time had my nerves settled. We spoke had a few laughs and i just knew this place was the one but the hard part was me moving in within a week. These ladies were on top of it to ensure everything was done correctly and also done swiftly. Swati helped me understand some things and also helped me with the formalities smoothly. They met the target of my moving in date and went to go collect the keys after work from Maryam at the store and its like she knew i was coming she was ready with everything. I want to say to both of you ladies. You both are amazing at what you do. Please keep doing what you are doing and never change. 5th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

She communicated clearly and promptly, arranged viewings efficiently, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Although I didn’t end up renting through Foxtons, she was consistently helpful, professional, and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

Jamie supported us during the early stages of our purchase and was incredibly helpful throughout. He was always responsive, reassuring, and took the time to guide us through the process, which made a big difference at what can be quite a stressful time. Clare helped us during the later stages and did a great job coordinating communication with the sellers and keeping the process moving. She was proactive in following up on both sides and clearly worked hard to help progress things as smoothly as possible. Overall, we really appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and support during the purchase. Thank you both for helping us get over the line!
