20th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

The team were very supportive and were happy to answer any questions. They marketed the property well, kept us informed of the sale progress and communicated with the other Estate Agents in the chain. We would highly recommend them.

28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Just no! There customer service is beyond awful. There specialists are not worth there money. As proof I had two copies of 1 item, one valued at halls one valued by another firm. The halls valuation was less than 100 pounds. Yet the other was valued and sold for 800 pounds. Both items where I. Identical condition. I would not trust this company again. I should point out both items where sold in the Shrewsbury area. So the difference cannot be put down to regional differences. Be very wary if planning to or currently using this firm.

Coordination on resloving problems with me and landlord was amazing and very proffessionaly handled . I had recommended many of my friends and collegues in need of house to reach out to sandhu estate

14th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Communication is non-existent unless you're the one doing all the chasing. They’re quick to talk but painfully slow to act. If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, or even basic courtesy — look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
24th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!

They were always responsible, responsive, and quick to help whenever any issue came up in the house at any time. Communication was always pleasant and the team was consistently friendly, professional and helpful. We would especially like to thank Karen and Jane for their kindness and support throughout our tenancy. We truly appreciated all their help and would happily recommend Brookes Bliss to others.
