20th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

Their recommended solicitors Juno were very good with automated workflow to keep things moving. Their guidance on pricing was accurate and realistic. Highly recommend using them.

I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

The team were very supportive and were happy to answer any questions. They marketed the property well, kept us informed of the sale progress and communicated with the other Estate Agents in the chain. We would highly recommend them.
13th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

5th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I met with 3 estates agents, 2 were larger companies, but I was instantly more comfortable with Mark, he took the time to explain things and I felt like I could ask stupid questions. The photographer who was used was also really good, we bagged up items to move and he moved them around as needed and made it all really easy. Everyone who contacted me to arrange viewings has been really friendly, professional and approachable, and Trish who dealt with the offers was excellent.
8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Lived in one of Kam’s properties for a year. He was quick and effective to any minimal problems that we had whilst renting. He’s friendly and always up for a chat. Taran was also brilliant at sorting any problems out. He was a really nice and good person always happy to have a chat. I would highly recommend using Sandhu Estates if you want an easy and non stressful tenancy.

14th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Communication is non-existent unless you're the one doing all the chasing. They’re quick to talk but painfully slow to act. If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, or even basic courtesy — look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I used to let my property through this agency under their full management service. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.<br>Naomi never managed the property properly and gave me a lot of incorrect information. If you tried to call the office, she would rarely answer the phone or return calls.<br>When I decided to end my contract, she aggressively tried to charge me additional fees because the tenant wanted to remain in the property, claiming that she had found the tenant.<br>I am so glad I switched to a different agency and have been with them ever since. She also never returned my property keys.<br>She comes across as nice at first, but in my experience, I would be very cautious. I found her to be unprofessional, and I would advise others to avoid this agency if possible.

Always responsive and proactive in ensuring all matters were being chased and always a friendly service. I would have no hesitation in using Hannah again. Thank you
