17th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Very easy to deal with and got on with the process quickly. Any queries were dealt with quickly and much to my surprise managed to secure a number of viewings which given the current climate was excellent. We are currently in the under offer stage and we will see if this goes to completion. Overall so far I can only describe the process with them as excellent. One issue I would have changed from the beginning was to add a floor plan to the marketing information which they don't do as standard. We did agree to do this if necessary so not really an issue.

14th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

- 7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)First off I fell for the “we have buyers wanting properties like yours”. They never materialised. Secondly when we asked for feedback on the few viewings we had we were told they couldn’t be contacted. I think all they did was stick it on Right Move and that was that. On occasions we walked down the high street we noticed the property wasn’t in the window. Lastly the phones at times were not working, not getting answered, not good if you are wanting to arrange a viewing. I would not recommend John Francis to any one.

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Agent was late to show me around a property, Emails not getting answers, I asked to ask the landlord to reduce rent payment or contract min term due to damp in the house but i was told this wasn't something the landlord wanted to do even though i seen on the site that the rent had already been dropped. Over all disappointing considering they have won awards i expected better maybe they are more for selling houses then renting.

I provided all the information and documents requested and waited several weeks while the referencing process was being dealt with. In the end, my application was refused, but I was not given a clear explanation of exactly which requirement I failed to meet.<br><br>I understand that the final decision may be the landlord’s, but I believe applicants deserve a clear and honest explanation, especially after providing all the requested information and waiting for several weeks.<br><br>Unfortunately, my experience with this agency was very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on my experience<br><br>They don’t deserve event one star !
