Yn aml mae rhywbeth annisgwyl yn codi, ac fe ddigwyddodd mwy nag unwaith yn ystod y broses o werthu, ond fe sicrhaodd ymateb proffesiynol a phrofiad Aled a Seren fod y gwerthiant yn mynd yn ei flaen yn llwyddiannus. Bob amser yn barod i gael sgwrs dros y ffon neu yn y swyddfa.<br><br>Thank you to Aled Ellis and Seren for their invaluable work in selling the house. From the very first discussion to the completion of sale, the personal service was second to none. Advice and support were provided at every stage of the process and the responses to questions were prompt and comprehensive. The process is not always smooth and when the unexpected happen, as it did more than once, their professionalism and experience ensured a successful sale. They were always happy to chat over the phone or when I visited the office.
9th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

14th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

- 20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)We put our late father's property up for sale through John Francis back in April this year, and I must say that I was really impressed by the service that we received from the staff in the Lampeter branch from start to finish. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and nothing was too much bother for them; Kyle was particularly helpful. We were given clear options on how to best market the property, and received regular updates on how the property was performing against other similar properties in the area. John Francis managed all viewings and communicated these to us clearly, and promptly. The house was sold and completed within a very short time of being on the market. I have dealt with other estate agents in the past, but can honestly say, that in my opinion, John Francis is by far the best. Should I be in a position to sell another property again in the near future, I shall certainly use John Francis.

6th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Claire at PopularMove helped me buy my house and helped with my solicitor who was difficult to get in touch with. She was GREAT. Friendly, professional, and on the ball. On the day of completion she phoned to say we'd bought house and to give me key. An hour ( at least!) later my solicitor called to give me the good news. We were already saying bye & thanks to removal men. That summed up whole experience really. Everyone should buy their new house from PopularMove! Especially if Claire is agent. Thank you Claire.

25th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I think for sales this estate agent is fine, but I’ll never rent with them again. Over 1k in deposit, we rented for close to 5 years, and they want to charge £300 for tape on the wall and painting. Charges for scuffs, marks, carpet wear and tear and in total wanted around £800. I came back with a counter offer of £200. Wasn’t good enough. Now it’s being taken further since they want to say we left it unclean even though I have photos. Don’t waste your time. We’re devastated. The amount of love and warmth we poured into those four walls to make it our own safe space, that has been complimented by both estate agents and landlord, for it to be ripped away because he had to paint a few walls.

Claire kept me updated throughout and relayed everything from the auction house and seller clearly and promptly, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br><br>She was always professional, approachable and extremely helpful. I really appreciated how well she kept everything moving and made sure I was never left wondering what was happening.<br><br>A massive thank you to Claire and the John Francis team — I’d have no hesitation recommending them!
