Throughout the whole process they were incredibly helpful, always available and great at working with other parties to push the chain along. The price from the service provided felt very reasonable.<br><br>We had very challenging buyers who messed about until the last minute, Jemma and the team did a great job working with the solicitors and estate agents in the chain and really worked together to save the day.<br><br>Not sure I would have had this level of support and dedication from other estate agents. I would recommend them.
10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Snowgate enough! ??<br><br>Oliver at the Mirfield branch has been absolutely fantastic and genuinely went above and beyond throughout our move. He was always available whenever I had a question, no matter how big or small, and made what is often described as one of the most stressful times in life feel so much easier.<br><br>Brenda and Hope at the Mirfield branch were also absolutely lovely and helped us with so much along the way. The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>I will definitely be recommending Snowgate to all my family and friends. A huge thank you to Oliver, Brenda, Hope and the whole team for making our move such a positive experience. We really couldn’t have asked for better service! ??????<br><br>Thank you again! ???????- 7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Snowgate were brilliant from start to finish, unfortunately we were selling the house remotely , and therefore it was difficult to get those last few things which needed to be organised sorted. Snowgate helped arrange plumbers to disconnect washing machines\dishwasher, carpet cleaners, helped out with the British Gas and a boiler service. They also carried out all viewings and were very quick to keep us informed when we received offers, giving guidance on market conditions and the ability of the purchasers to proceed. Whilst we have not recently bought or sold a house ourselves a number of our friends have and all you hear are nightmare stories about estate agents. Not in this case Snowgate were brilliant and we would have no hesitation in recommending them

We bought our first house from Rob and the team when we met bed to the valley and each time we've dealt with them for subsequent properties they've been there to support us through the journey and even just for advice. This time has been nothing less than perfect

He made the stressful process manageable. Before purchasing the property my thoughts were that the process will be extremely difficult, however Nat made everything very smooth by his reliable communication which was also perfect. Always on hand with a listening ear and Max was just the best support as was Andy. I would recommend Hunters Castleford for a rental to anyone as they are great with the personal touches, I always felt listened to and when I needed them they were always there. 30th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I instructed Nev Lyons at Ewe Move to sell my house and would highly recommend him.<br><br>I met other local estate agents and felt I would be 1 of 100s of customers and they weren't really prepared to put much effort into selling my house at the best price. Nev stood out because he was enthusiastic and honest from the beginning.<br><br>He kept me up to date throughout and was never too busy to speak to me. I always spoke to Nev (rather than one of a team of people). I always felt that Nev was focused on achieving the best price from the buyer in the strongest position rather than encouraging us to accept low offers from weak buyers just to hit a sales target.<br><br>Nev's fees weren't any more than other local estate agents but I received brilliant personal service which I didn’t feel would necessarily be available from the traditional estate agents I met with.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the first conversation, Claire was friendly, empathetic and completely solution orientated, and her communication was spot on throughout. Whenever she said she would get back to us, she did, and on the rare occasion she could not, she let us know straight away rather than leaving us wondering.<br><br>Her valuation held up, and the house sold within four days of going live. When a small issue arose with the buyer later in the process, Claire handled it calmly and kept everything moving, and the whole sale felt smooth from listing to completion.<br><br>What sets Claire apart is that it never feels like dealing with a big agency. It is a genuine one to one relationship, a personal service where she knows your house, knows the market, and treats your sale as if it were her own. Her assistant Hannah was equally friendly and helpful.<br><br>My wife and I would highly recommend Claire to anybody thinking of selling or buying, and should we ever be on the market again, she would be the very first person we contact. A consummate professional.

Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!
