This is just not viable and not ?????? legal. I initially said yes as I was stressed myself and didn’t want to lose the sale. However my conveyor and all my friends were saying No, it’s not right till they paid for house. Just a stressful situation that could have been avoided.

While there were definitely many ups and downs throughout the process, Rebecca and Claire were absolutely phenomenal in helping me navigate through it all. They provided exceptional support, always keeping me updated and ensuring I was well-informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. - 9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

They did respond to my request to reshoot some photos which was very helpful and unlike other agents I have used. Always friendly and after sales has been really good too.

The team (whether Mark, Grace or Kirsty) are always super professional and friendly - helping to get things done as efficiently as possible, during what is always a stressful time.
