6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We had a viewing booked with Platinum Indepentend, but when we arrived at the property, we were told it had already been let. This was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of our time.<br><br>We were told that they had “tried” to contact us, but neither I nor my partner received any phone calls, voicemails, or messages. The viewing had been arranged via email, so if they were unable to reach us by phone, they could have easily emailed us to let us know before we made the journey.<br><br>A simple message would have saved us an unnecessary trip. Very poor communication and no respect for other people’s time.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)?????<br><br>Absolutely outstanding service – we couldn't recommend Victoria and the team highly enough!<br><br>We are currently buying our first home through Victoria and her team and the service we've received has been absolutely exceptional from start to finish.<br><br>Buying a house for the first time can be incredibly daunting, particularly when surveys uncover unexpected issues and you're not quite sure what to do next. Victoria has been fantastic throughout – approachable, reassuring, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely interested in helping both sides find a solution and keeping the sale moving forward.<br><br>When our survey and subsequent specialist investigations uncovered some significant unexpected work, Victoria was absolutely brilliant. She listened to our concerns, understood our position immediately and handled what could have been a really difficult negotiation incredibly professionally. She communicated with the seller on our behalf and helped us reach an outcome that we genuinely feel is fair for everyone.<br><br>What has impressed us most is that we've never felt like we're simply another transaction. Victoria genuinely seems to care about getting people moved and making what can be a stressful process as straightforward as possible.<br><br>She's friendly, honest, down-to-earth and extremely good at what she does. The whole team have been lovely to deal with and our experience of the company has been nothing but positive.<br><br>We absolutely love the house we're buying and can't wait for it to become our home, so a huge thank you to Victoria and everyone involved for helping us get this far.<br><br>If you're thinking of selling your home or buying through them, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victoria and the team. Selling my mum's house was quite emotional but all the lovely team were compassionate and helpful. They went above and beyond - even arranging for repairers to go to the property when I wasn't available. Would highly recommend them.

Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Superb in every regard. Professional from start to finish.<br>No sales patter, just the business-like service you would hope to receive when selling your house. Ben is excellent at assessing the house and bringing the transaction together.<br>Liz is an excellent progressor who does exactly what the job title suggests - and very efficiently.<br>The photographs on Rightmove were of the highest standard.<br>To top it all off Hewitt Adams gave this service for a price much lower than some of the competitors. We couldn't be happier and I'd happily recommend them to everybody.<br>Must add that I am a Mortgaged Broker and have been for decades. I've seen what good and bad service looks like in our business. Ben and his team offer the highest quality service you could wish for.

From start to finish, the team were all incredibly helpful, supportive and professional.<br>Communication was genuinely second to none, as they kept us informed throughout the whole process, always taking the time to answer our questions and put our minds at ease. Selling your first house can feel quite daunting, but they made the whole experience feel so much easier and less stressful.<br>We’re so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone!
