21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I’ve been using this agency for around 18 years, both for letting and selling properties, and have always received a great service.<br><br>I’ve mainly used their tenant-finding service, and the fact I’ve had relatively little contact with them over the years says it all – the tenants they’ve found for me have almost always stayed for years!<br><br>They’ve also successfully sold 3 or 4 properties for me over the years, so I’ve experienced both sides of the business.<br><br>Most recently, Jon has been fantastic to deal with. Professional, helpful and efficient throughout.

Very honest and they really support you throughout the process. Big shout out to Anthoney Mumford who was the ultimate professional. Everyone is extremely helpful, polite and seemed to genuinely care about our purchase.<br>Special mentions for Jules, Gethin and Charlotte! Thank you so much Laura!<br><br>Edit: The property manager Oliver has been very kind and helpful with recent repairs that needed carrying out on the property. Although we had some miscommunications at first, this was sorted and Oliver has been very responsive to property repairs that I have logged, often responding before 24 hours! 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)10/10 for service, communication and just being generally 'good-eggs'. We sold a family home in Bebington via Lesley Hooks Estate Agents, having taken the opportunity to canvas local agents before instruction. Documentation was completed promptly and we were regularly updated on our marketing and sale progress. The agents sourced a local couple who had seen the property on a website and after two viewings, they fell in love. Eleanor was a great source of advice and support when one set of solicitors (not ours) behaved poorly. Trust me (and I am choosing my words wisely) when using the word 'poorly' as other more flowery phrases would be equally appropriate. Our buyers were and are, absolutely amazing and Eleanor managed to navigate a way through choppy waters. We later exchanged contracts and completed the sale in October 2026. Very happy to recommend and I understand out chocolates went down well. Thanks again.- 28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)All the team at Lesley Hooks were excellent. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?
