Chris, Elen, Magnus & the team were all involved throughout the entire process and made what can be a stressful process as easy as it could be. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

From start to finish she has been incredibly helpful, making sure everything was done properly and on time. Jodie has consistently gone above and beyond to keep everyone informed and happy, and nothing has ever been too much trouble for her. Her professionalism, efficiency and friendly manner have made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. Stephen could not have done more or been more willing to help and welcome my family to Holbeach which we thank him for, would recommend without a hesitation as they are so much more than estate agents friendly helpful service if you are looking to move this is the number one choice!!!

5th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)The best experience I have ever had with an estate agent (buyer). Jamie and Chloe both worked really hard and efficiently in both their communication and expertise. I was kept fully updated at all times and was supported through the entire process both pre and after sales. When I come to sell my property, I won’t be looking elsewhere.

Contact was efficient and only when necessary, and when we got to the the negotiation phase Ollie was helpful and helped us get the deal over the line. We're now in our new home and the Norfolk Agents definitely played their part!
