He was so helpful, polite and nothing was to much trouble. After having a very negative experience with a different estate agent it was so good to have found Rian. We can't recommend enough. 1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)I’m desperately looking for a home to relocate back to the West Midlands after experiencing DA. I had an appointment this week to view a property, but I was disappointed with the service I received. Firstly the letting agent turned up late, and I had to call the office to see where she was. The office called her to find out, and she clearly wasn’t happy about this as she brought it up with me and my brother who was accompanying me. She was also dressed like she had just rolled out of bed, and offered us no information about the property…she remained quiet the whole time. The property I viewed had no heating source in the one bedroom, (which is illegal) and so they are happy to let out a property on behalf of a Landlord of whom is clearly breaking the law. When I pointed this out, she said “you can just put a heater in there.” No, no I can’t…the landlords job is to provide a source of heating, not mine When I asked her more information and mentioned I had a cat, she wasn’t sure what to say…despite me having an email trace of speaking to the office about this. She just did not seem interested in getting a tenant for the property. I will of course be reporting the fact that this property is being let without a heating source in the bedroom. Only thing I can say positively about this letting agent, is they do call and let you know that you haven’t been successful, which is more than most!

The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
