Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. We had a number of difficulties as the property was a 'flying freehold' and not the usual leasehold. Eventually we were able to complete in February this year much to our relief - thank you both for your efforts.

6th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I have let a house through Druce agents. Everybody at Druce is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. From my first visit to the office, to tenants moving in took less than a couple of months. Highly recommended.

As we had never moved home before we felt we were complete novices and to feel like nothing was too much trouble made all the difference. Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

But I still feel I have to comment on how professional all the team were that helped us they couldnt have been more supportive. Rebecca Jade Stuart and Connor were always on hand to answer any questions about any queries we had I would highly recommend them as Estate Agents and there professionalism.- 22nd Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Recently sold a house with Hamilton Smith Claydon and they were excellent! 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)From taking the photos of our house until sorting out last minute glitches in the chain on completion day Emma and the team at Rock Estates were fantastic - friendly and professional, easy to contact and always happy to help with whatever questions we had. Our move was complicated by collapsing chains and erratic behaviour from some of the parties involved - I am so glad we used Rock Estates as they helped us navigate all the problems we faced Thank you

In good faith I will not reiterate the whole issue, however I can assure everyone that this estate agent was completely unprofessional at the time of the pandemic, and was very unhelpful and inappropriate in behaviour towards a situation where there were clearly travel restrictions during the pandemic.
