5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We had a horrible experience with Connells. We were continuously sent inexperienced agents. Once, we watched one of them walk around the grounds of our flat with a viewer, trying to find the property, as she had no idea where it was. One of the agents arrived in a belly top, late and unprepared. Agents were often late. When I complained about this, I was told they have a lot of appointments and may be late. This lateness often meant viewers waited far too long for a viewing. It is also shocking that lateness is the norm for them. As a standard, Connells agents will arrive at your property with viewers and not beforehand, which can be really awkward. I contacted other agents in the area, who advised me this is abnormal for estate agents. I asked this to stop and was made to feel like I was the problem. I tried to raise concerns about the above and other problems we were having. The branch manager reassured me that she would do the viewings herself, forgot she had said that, then booked the problematic agent back in again. When we were previously with them to buy, we were continuously cold-called with literally anything they had on and couldn't sell at the time. It got so frustrating we stopped looking. At the time, the viewing we did have was pointless, as the agent was literally playing Clash of Clans on his phone as we walked around.. Just absolute trash. I had been looking for just the right property for nearly a year. During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.

2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible agents. Took over 3 weeks to replace a broken shower, zero remediation or compensation offered as a result. Multiple occasions I was promised messages to be forwarded on to the landlord - never received a response to this. Stay far away

3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.
12th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I would give Ryan Lynch of Siddall Jones 10 out of 5 for selling my mothers 4 lock up shops. He was commercial , thoughtful and helped every step of the way. Ryan often went above and beyond what was expected. A true professional in his field and I cannot understand the company's Google review score!!!! This does not reflect the standard I encountered which was excellent.
