20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

The service has been faultless, they went the extra mile to ensure the sale went smoothly and proceeded to completion, they went over and above in keeping the whole chain together and actively worked on all elements to achieve this - not just concentrating on our sale/their instruction. Their positive involvement underlines the importance of using a good local agent. Highly recommend.

Compared with other estate agents who we also used to sell another property, we had a completely different experience with Eden, it was positive, it was friendly and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you again everyone for helping us reach our dream
18th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.

Great communication throughout as well, with a genuine sense of urgency when it was needed. Low fees compared to the bigger firms in Herefordshire but a much more personable service and better outcome

4th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)We sold our property at the end of April 2025 through Wilkinson SLM. It was a complicated sale as it was a small chain 'running alongside' a much larger one as we were buying a multi-generational property. Charlotte, Anthony, Annie and the team, despite having to deal with some very tricky circumstances, were extremely dedicated, professional and utterly determined to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. Their positivity and desire to provide an excellent service was second to none and we would recommend them to anybody looking to sell. If we could give 10 stars, we would!! 17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

13th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.
25th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)From the time they met with us to do the valuation to selling the house there was always someone there to answer our questions or sort out concerns. It was a very daunting prospect selling the house but Chris the valuation guy was very friendly and offered help when we were struggling with things. The house went up for sale and they sold it within 3 weeks and for a really good price. They handled the bookings and the viewings and the process so far has been really easy. Their advice has been really helpful.
