Really felt like they went the extra mile to make a difficult and complicated process very simple for my elderly mother. Highly recommended :-)

17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Were the letting agents for a flat I rented. Bounced between Laura and Katherine during my time. A professional service and amenable to ensure they could accommodate when necessary to ensure I was present for inspections. As with any change over there were teething problems but I was always treated with respect and the team friendly. My main feedback would be that at times written communication can feel very direct and formal compared to face to face or over the phone; however this is likely due to the legal side of the business ensuring they’re covered.

16th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Fantastic team, everyone I dealt with was lovely. They sold my property without fuss. It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.

4th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Even through we didn't manage to sell with cornerstone, they did manage to get us a few viewings even in this hard market. I did find it a bit challenging to get any information from them as they never kept in contact for updates, we had to chase them up each time.

Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.

7th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We have just started renting through Rhubarb and have had a great first experience. A few minor admin errors but everyone has been very responsive, kind and welcoming. Tom has been great with working around our plans and being flexible!
26th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I’m desperately looking for a home to relocate back to the West Midlands after experiencing DA. I had an appointment this week to view a property, but I was disappointed with the service I received. Firstly the letting agent turned up late, and I had to call the office to see where she was. The office called her to find out, and she clearly wasn’t happy about this as she brought it up with me and my brother who was accompanying me. She was also dressed like she had just rolled out of bed, and offered us no information about the property…she remained quiet the whole time. The property I viewed had no heating source in the one bedroom, (which is illegal) and so they are happy to let out a property on behalf of a Landlord of whom is clearly breaking the law. When I pointed this out, she said “you can just put a heater in there.” No, no I can’t…the landlords job is to provide a source of heating, not mine When I asked her more information and mentioned I had a cat, she wasn’t sure what to say…despite me having an email trace of speaking to the office about this. She just did not seem interested in getting a tenant for the property. I will of course be reporting the fact that this property is being let without a heating source in the bedroom. Only thing I can say positively about this letting agent, is they do call and let you know that you haven’t been successful, which is more than most!

14th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Communication is non-existent unless you're the one doing all the chasing. They’re quick to talk but painfully slow to act. If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, or even basic courtesy — look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Jonathan and Claire were really thoughtful, helpful and good humoured throughout our buying journey. It was a big move for us, and the process could not have been smoother or more pleasant — communication was excellent from start to finish. We felt strongly that our vendor was as sympathetically and respectfully treated as we were, and this meant a lot to us. All in all we had an absolutely great experience with Brooks Bliss and could not be happier in our new home.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Hills have been professional, genuinely helpful, and warm from the very beginning. Every interaction with them was pleasant and reassuring. Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.
