Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed throughout. A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

21st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. If I’d had an accurate valuation in the first place I would never have put it on the market.

They have been totally.on top of every aspect of the sale, including suggesting tradesmen that I could use for various investigative things. They contacted me.every week with an update, allowing me the opportunity to chase things up with my solicitors and vice versa. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, personable and professional. They also know the area really well. Well done Goodwin Fox, may you continue to prosper.

First, there is no way to actually speak to them on the phone — when I called, a voice message specifically stated that you cannot call them directly and I had to leave a message instead. For an estate agency, that is ridiculous.<br><br>I was visiting Ormskirk from another part of the UK and only in the area for a few hours. While driving in the area, I spotted a property I was interested in, so I made the effort to drive to their branch in person. I was met by a saleswoman from their team, who was cold and frankly snooty. Every question I asked was met with a long-winded "no" and zero useful information.<br><br>I am a seasoned property investor, part of the largest property network in the UK and Europe, and I regularly buy houses. Through their unhelpfulness and her dismissive attitude, they have lost not just my business but business from my wider network. I will not be using GR Estates again, and based on my experience I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion.

The process was a little bit complicated at times, but they sorted everything out for us very nicely and quickly. We were really impressed with how smoothly they handled it all. Definitely recommend their services, and we'll be using them again next time. Thank u

Jon gave us a fair and realistic valuation for the property and his write up and supporting photographs were excellent. All members of Hope & Braim who we encountered were efficient and friendly and gave us confidence in our choice of estate agent. We have already recommended H&B to friends who are looking to sell their property in the near future.
