We decided to instruct Good child's to sell our property for us as we felt we were getting value for money with what they offered.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions.
Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date.
The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers.
Highly recommended!

Georgina has been extremely professional, very open and honest and always available either by email or telephone which I believe is of great importance when dealing with a house sale or purchase. I had an excellent experience with Newton Fallowell Coalville during my recent house move. I sold my house and bought my new home through them, and the whole process was handled incredibly well from start to finish.
Ashley and Samantha in the office were fantastic throughout. Their communication was excellent, they kept me regularly updated, were always quick to respond to questions, and were so helpful and reassuring whenever anything came up. Both parts of the chain were clearly communicated and managed really smoothly, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier.
Their professionalism, organisation and support really stood out, and I’m so grateful to Ashley and Samantha for helping make my move such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.

We dealt with Matthew Irvine from day one, our first sale fell through so it was a drawn out transaction (5 months) but we found Matthew responsive and helpful throughout, we needed more detailed measurements of the house and although we were committed and would have bought the property in any case, Matthew provided us with a virtual tour which helped alot as we were only able to view once and were buying from Devon. Matthew was approachable and courtious and always responded to our requests for information, so I would say he did a pretty good job with this transaction which was quite stressful for us, we have now relocated and are enjoying our new surroundings :-)

My wife and I are delighted with the service we received from Newton Fallowell in Peterborough when we were buying a property in PE4 (completed today). Nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and her colleagues - multiple visits to the property, arranging access for surveys, queries about keys, key codes and many other things, even down to the swift removal of the SOLD board. If we ever find ourselves buying another property in this area, Newton Fallowell is the first place we'll look.
