Me and my partner can’t thank this company enough! We have rented out a property for the very first time and it’s been a delightful experience. Abbie who works at the Mansfield branch has been amazing, the day we got the keys she helped us move some stuff into the house and reassured us on everything from the very beginning. The staff at the estate agents are also very welcoming and are so chilled. I don’t feel under pressure and nothing is ever a problem. It has definitely made this new experience very exciting. We’re over the moon with the whole process. We applied for the rented property and within 2 weeks we had the keys. Fast and easy service?????? The landlord has also looked after us and provided us with a property that we can now call our home. We have had the most outstanding service from the very start! We can’t wait to see what our future holds, thank you so so much ????????????

Jayne McSheffrey was absolutely fantastic. Very clear in the process we needed to go through, and she was very polite and a lovely person to speak with. She went out of her way to sort out a problem I had, and it was sorted out immediately with a quick response! The experience I had was excellent!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Abbie, she has been so lovely and patient helping me and my partner rent our first home together. Moving can be such a daunting process but having someone with such a friendly demeanour there every step of the way made it a lot easier and how she always kept us updated was brilliant. Thank you :)

This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.

A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism.
The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised.
Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords.
Highly recommended !

We dealt with Matthew Irvine from day one, our first sale fell through so it was a drawn out transaction (5 months) but we found Matthew responsive and helpful throughout, we needed more detailed measurements of the house and although we were committed and would have bought the property in any case, Matthew provided us with a virtual tour which helped alot as we were only able to view once and were buying from Devon. Matthew was approachable and courtious and always responded to our requests for information, so I would say he did a pretty good job with this transaction which was quite stressful for us, we have now relocated and are enjoying our new surroundings :-)
