I haven’t been living in my current home for very long, but so far my experience with Stirling Ackroyd has been excellent. This will be my second year moving out of my family home and they have genuinely made me feel so much more comfortable and confident throughout this journey.Sonny was especially kind, helpful, and attentive from the very beginning. He took the time to understand what i was after extra mile to find me such a lovely place. The sale of my flat was a complicated one as the EWS cladding rating changed mid way through the process. This had a significant impact on lending options available for the buyers. At one point the sale was off but Fraser Pollok did an incredible and very professional job in getting the transaction back on track and introduced the buyers to a mortgage broker who managed to secure funding. Stirling Ackroyd were brilliant throughout and the sale most definitely wouldn’t have happened without their excellent input and relentless effort. Bravo !!

I would highly recommend Stirling Ackroyd - an extremely professional, communicative, proactive, and helpful agency.
