Very positive experience first time renting with this branch! Marcus was our point of contact and was very responsive even beyond his regular working hours. He pushes the process quickly and we got one of our favourite homes in a competitive market with a fair price. The reference checking and contract signing processes are made simple and clear - everything is electronic so we get things moving really quick. Strongly recommend!

As a first time buyer I was naturally anxious about purchasing and unsure about certain elements within the completion process, Lily alleviated all of my concerns, she was extremely helpful, professional and quick to respond to any queries or uncertainties that I had. Aggie has been an outstanding property manager. She has been dealing with a particularly problematic tenant and has kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout.<br><br>More recently, I received a court summons from the council relating to charges that should have been paid by the tenant. Aggie immediately took ownership of the matter, liaising directly with the council and providing all the necessary documentation to resolve the issue. Thanks to her prompt action and diligence, we did not have to attend court.<br><br>She also contacted the energy company on my behalf and ensured that my details were removed from the account, as the tenant was responsible for the utility bills. This saved me a significant amount of time and stress.<br>Aggie is professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>Her dedication and attention to detail have given me complete confidence that my property is being managed effectively. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional property manager.
