I had an excellent experience with Stirling Ackroyd Chiswick, and I would particularly like to thank Harry for his outstanding support throughout the entire process.<br>From the very beginning, Harry was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand my requirements, answered my questions clearly, and made every stage of the process from arranging the viewing through to completing the tenancy and moving into the property straightforward and well organised.<br>What impressed me most was his consistent communication and willingness to assist whenever something needed clarification or follow-up. Even after the tenancy was completed, he remained approachable and helpful, which reflects a genuinely high standard of customer service.<br>My sincere thanks to Harry and the Stirling Ackroyd Chiswick team for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent service. Ruby was incredibly helpful when I was relocating from Malaysia to Guildford for a new job. I was struggling to find accommodation before my start date, and she was responsive, patient and quick to follow up even with the time difference. She made what felt like a stressful process much easier. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for accommodation, especially if you’re moving from overseas!

I am the leaseholder of 41 Textile Building which has been managed by Stirling Ackroyd since April 2026. The first property manager left a mess and has thankfully moved on. Annaliese Bimpong has recently taken over and has done a brilliant job of dealing with the issues that were left behind and liaising with the tenant.
