Very positive experience first time renting with this branch! Marcus was our point of contact and was very responsive even beyond his regular working hours. He pushes the process quickly and we got one of our favourite homes in a competitive market with a fair price. The reference checking and contract signing processes are made simple and clear - everything is electronic so we get things moving really quick. Strongly recommend!

I have just purchased a property and used Stirling Ackroyd - the service was excellent.<br><br>Lily Algar was my representative and she went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible. As a first time buyer I was naturally anxious about purchasing and unsure about certain elements within the completion process, Lily alleviated all of my concerns, she was extremely helpful, professional and quick to respond to any queries or uncertainties that I had.
