Charlotte Woodbridge was excellent with her attentive and careful approach. She patiently resolved the issues I experienced during my rental process. I am truly grateful to her for that. Furhermore, Charley Stirk has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She is incredibly understanding, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I have had a question or needed support, Charley has always been easy to reach and has gone out of her way to help quickly and professionally.<br><br>What has impressed me most is not only her efficiency, but also the kindness and patience she brings to her work. She makes you feel that your concerns genuinely matter and always tries to find a solution rather than simply giving a standard response.<br><br>It has been a real pleasure dealing with Charley, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our mortgage advisor, Kiera, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, which was especially helpful as first-time buyers and made sure we always understood what was happening.<br>We would definitely recommend Kiera to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly mortgage advisor!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

Nicole supported us from start to finish throughout what turned out to be an incredibly lengthy and stressful rental process. She kept in regular contact every step of the way, providing frequent updates and always taking the time to reassure us with phone calls and emails.<br><br>Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the Lomond rental/management company, and there were multiple occasions where it seemed like we were going to lose the property altogether. Despite all the setbacks, Nicole never stopped fighting our corner. She went above and beyond, chasing every avenue possible and doing everything she could to ensure we secured the property we’d been waiting for all along.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Nicole was patient, persistent, professional and incredibly thorough. If it wasn’t for her determination, we genuinely believe we would have been left without a home, with our current rental property now sold and the buyers due to exchange and complete within the week.<br><br>Although the process itself was far from straightforward, Nicole made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. We honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property. She is a real credit to the company.

I can't recommend Daniel Morgan highly enough. After my tenant of 12 years gave notice, I contacted the estate agency to let them know I wanted my property marketed and re-let as soon as possible.<br><br>Within just a couple of days, Daniel had everything in motion without any hesitation. He kept me updated throughout the process and was always calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What initially felt like a daunting situation quickly turned into a positive one, and my property is now let to a lovely couple who will be moving in soon.<br><br>Daniel's calm demeanour, soft-spoken nature, excellent communication and efficiency made the whole experience stress-free. A fantastic service from Harley Banks the mortgage advisor, he demonstrated his understanding and knowledge of a wide wage of mortgages available, finding the best available rates and offers at the time of purchase. Not only was he dealing with a new residential property for me and my partner, but also looking into buy to let mortgages for my current property, along with remortgaging other properties. Taking on the difficulties we encounted, he still went above and beyond to give the best advice to move forward with all mortgage applications. I will certainly be using him again.
