31st March Offered on a bungalow for mum to live in, completed on 21st May, her house valued on 20th May by William h brown Dewsbury, sold on 22nd and completes tomorrow 3rd July, it was clearly meant to be as everything could not have come together more smoothly. Used all WHB services for the sale and its completion.

I can’t thank Daniel enough for my lovely experience into getting mine and my children’s new home. From the moment of enquiry he was just brilliant, kind, personable and most importantly great at his job. Super informative and quick to respond to any queries.<br>From start to finish everything has been smooth sailing and honestly every member of the team I have interacted with have been just as good!<br>Our new home is beautiful, there were a couple of advisories that needed sorting and I have had an electrician and a window man out with in a week to get things sorted, they were also very professional.<br><br>If I could give more stars to Daniel I would, he deserves it.

Ed has been fantastic throughout the whole mortgage process. Even after my mortgage was approved, he continued to check in regularly and made sure everything was progressing smoothly. About a month later, when rates dropped, he proactively secured me a better mortgage rate, reducing it from 5% to 4.29%, saving me around £70 a month. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Property was on market for 6 months and they did no of the viewings, I had to do them all. They got hardly any feedback on nearly 20 viewings and were quite rude when discussing my property with me. I wouldn’t use them again.

Have been great with us. We have been working closely with Farrah who has been very prompt with replies and the organizing of the tenants going in. We are very nervous first time landlords and Farrah has answered our questions throughout and been excellent at settling our nerves.<br>I would 100% recommend and I am so pleased I have them managing our property.
