Charlotte Woodbridge was excellent with her attentive and careful approach. She patiently resolved the issues I experienced during my rental process. I am truly grateful to her for that. Furhermore, Charley Stirk has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She is incredibly understanding, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I have had a question or needed support, Charley has always been easy to reach and has gone out of her way to help quickly and professionally.<br><br>What has impressed me most is not only her efficiency, but also the kindness and patience she brings to her work. She makes you feel that your concerns genuinely matter and always tries to find a solution rather than simply giving a standard response.<br><br>It has been a real pleasure dealing with Charley, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our mortgage advisor, Kiera, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, which was especially helpful as first-time buyers and made sure we always understood what was happening.<br>We would definitely recommend Kiera to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly mortgage advisor!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

Liam was very professional when helping with my rental search he was able to give me expert advice on where best to look in Welwyn Garden City and was also upfront about why a property may not be suitable for myself.<br><br>Liam was also happy to offer advice on the London rental market which was super helpful.<br><br>Thanks Liam :)

We moved 4 months ago and Ryan at Woodbridge Road East helped us with the sale of our house which sold quickly after being with them last August but we couldn’t find a bungalow, Ryan kept going the extra mile to keep our buyer interested and trying to help us find somewhere as well we finally found somewhere and it all went smoothly at the end. The town branch we didn’t find so helpful at all so glad we went to the other branch otherwise I think we would have stayed where we were as it seemed we were a nuisance about a certain property we were interested in. Well done Ryan a credit to your branch

I would like to say a special thank you to Amber Stevens for her kindness, understanding and support throughout my experience.<br><br>What really stood out to me was that Amber did not see this as just a job or a technical issue. She recognised that there was a person behind the situation, with worries and concerns, and she always approached things with genuine care and consideration.<br><br>I was dealing with a very stressful situation with many issues regarding the flat, including a recurring roof leak. Amber kindly said that she would take this matter on and follow it up, which lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. That support meant a lot to me.<br><br>Amber is not only professional, but also someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with. I truly appreciated her attitude, understanding and the way she handled the situation.<br><br>I would also like to thank James Stevens and the wider team for all their help and support. Chloe, Cam, Holly and Ella at W H Brown Chesterfield were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were efficient, excellent communicators, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>My house sold within 24 hours of going on the market and for more than the asking price. Despite challenges with our onward purchase and receiving very few updates from the other estate agent involved, Chloe and her team went above and beyond to chase information on our behalf and keep things moving.<br><br>Their professionalism, dedication and support made a stressful process much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
