Shannon has been amazing, if your a first time buyer looking for mortgage would highly recommend. My partner is self-employed and made it such an easy process for us, which we thought would be a battle. She will be upfront and honest being so down to earth which is hard to come by making us feel confident. Not only has she been patient with us, but has explained so much in depth for us to understand absolutely everything that we had no knowledge about. Has gone above and beyond with calls and emails and pushing for mortgage to suit us and our budget, even help finding us house to move to. I'm so grateful that had such a relaxed journey and couldn't be more grateful to Shannon for this experience and massive thank you for all your help. Get booked in with her!

My partner and I used their mortgage advisor service and Shannon could not have been more helpful. As first time buyers, we were unsure of the process involved and what we needed to do to begin looking for our first home. Shannon explained everything about the process and quickly obtained a mortgage agreement in principle for us so that we could begin searching for a house.
Once we had an offer accepted, Shannon's expertise was well evidenced as she continuously checked for what the best mortgage was (even on the day of the application!) so that we got the best mortgage offer for our situation. Thank you, Shannon. We can't recommend you enough! ??

As we have just now exchanged and completed on our house sale we thought it was high time to leave a review for W H Brown East.
In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend.
We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure.
We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life.
Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

Elle has been incredibly helpful in facilitating the letting of my property. After a tenant dropped out at the last minute, Elle had it back in the market within a day and let by the end of the following working day!
She has really taken the stress out of the process and I am grateful for her strong communication skills - even when there was nothing update, she has let me know, which I found really useful (rather than just wondering what was going on).
I look forward to continuing to work with Elle and for her taking away the stress of renting the property out!
