Our mortgage advisor, Kiera, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Emma in the lettings team was fantastic and extremely helpful, keeping me updated at every stage, which made the whole process stress-free. She was really well informed about the property and the local area, and the paperwork was straightforward throughout. The welcome pack on moving in was a lovely touch too. There seemed to be just Wednesdays and Saturdays for viewings. The agent did have a key so access wasn’t an issue.
There also seemed to be some viewings done 10 days plus in advance. One or two I could have understood if someone was relocating but then cancellations would come in.
There wasn’t any social media presence regarding my property dispute me being told there would be either.
In today’s society I feel social media can be key in advertising
