Charlotte Woodbridge was excellent with her attentive and careful approach. She patiently resolved the issues I experienced during my rental process. I am truly grateful to her for that. Furhermore, Charley Stirk has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She is incredibly understanding, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I have had a question or needed support, Charley has always been easy to reach and has gone out of her way to help quickly and professionally.<br><br>What has impressed me most is not only her efficiency, but also the kindness and patience she brings to her work. She makes you feel that your concerns genuinely matter and always tries to find a solution rather than simply giving a standard response.<br><br>It has been a real pleasure dealing with Charley, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our mortgage advisor, Kiera, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, which was especially helpful as first-time buyers and made sure we always understood what was happening.<br>We would definitely recommend Kiera to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly mortgage advisor!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

Well probably one of the easiest and most helpful experiences I have had! Our broker Aston went over and above for us, being extremely helpful from the initial consultation all the way through to the mortgage offer. He was always readily available, very friendly and very well informed, and we had full confidence in him from day 1. I honestly can't recommend highly enough. We are first time buyers and he ensured we understood the process at every stage. A brilliant job extremely well done. Thank you Aston!

Not sure why this review was not posted. We bought the house with William H Brown in February 2023.<br>Over all experience was poor. The communication was not smooth, they did not have knowledge about property they were selling, they had to be chased and reminded to contact the seller. At some stage one of the agents stopped working with them and nobody took over the communication so that was another “bonus”. Considering how much these agencies earn, one would expect a better customer service.

Erin at William H Brown in Watton was amazing - she made the whole process of buying so stress free. She contacted me weekly to keep me updated and actioned everything in a timely manner. She even visited on the moving day to gift a moving in box and emailed a week later to check I had settled in. Could not fault the office - an excellent service at all times. 100% recommend Watton branch, but especially Erin. Thank you.
