Shannon has been amazing, if your a first time buyer looking for mortgage would highly recommend. My partner is self-employed and made it such an easy process for us, which we thought would be a battle. She will be upfront and honest being so down to earth which is hard to come by making us feel confident. Not only has she been patient with us, but has explained so much in depth for us to understand absolutely everything that we had no knowledge about. Has gone above and beyond with calls and emails and pushing for mortgage to suit us and our budget, even help finding us house to move to. I'm so grateful that had such a relaxed journey and couldn't be more grateful to Shannon for this experience and massive thank you for all your help. Get booked in with her!

My partner and I used their mortgage advisor service and Shannon could not have been more helpful. As first time buyers, we were unsure of the process involved and what we needed to do to begin looking for our first home. Shannon explained everything about the process and quickly obtained a mortgage agreement in principle for us so that we could begin searching for a house.
Once we had an offer accepted, Shannon's expertise was well evidenced as she continuously checked for what the best mortgage was (even on the day of the application!) so that we got the best mortgage offer for our situation. Thank you, Shannon. We can't recommend you enough! ??

By far the worst estate agents I've ever had to work with, and if I ever see their name again, I'm running in the opposite direction! I wasn't so upset when it came to moving out, as we only had to go down the road, so was only more annoyed by their consistent unbothered attitude, but moving here we were moving up from London, and couldn't afford to mess around. They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's about even having a home to live in. With every phone call, with a different member of staff, having to answer all of the same questions again and again, my stress levels and worry increased. They kept changing our move in date, which was frustrating as we had to book a man and van team. And so, when we finally did arrive and ended up having to sit OUTSIDE OUR NEW HOME FOR 3 HOURS while waiting for them to sort out an issue and give us the key, I wasn't mad, just deflated and exhausted. Experience with the Wymondham branch to move out was just as bad - couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! If you have the choice, there is Whittley Parish, a much better alternative.

Erin along with Brandon and the rest of the team did an excellent job in selling a bungalow in Watton for me.
