Charlotte Woodbridge was excellent with her attentive and careful approach. She patiently resolved the issues I experienced during my rental process. I am truly grateful to her for that. Furhermore, Charley Stirk has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She is incredibly understanding, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I have had a question or needed support, Charley has always been easy to reach and has gone out of her way to help quickly and professionally.<br><br>What has impressed me most is not only her efficiency, but also the kindness and patience she brings to her work. She makes you feel that your concerns genuinely matter and always tries to find a solution rather than simply giving a standard response.<br><br>It has been a real pleasure dealing with Charley, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a credit to the lettings team and exactly the kind of person you hope to deal with when managing anything related to a property. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

Our mortgage advisor, Kiera, has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, which was especially helpful as first-time buyers and made sure we always understood what was happening.<br>We would definitely recommend Kiera to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly mortgage advisor!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

Extremely disappointed with the service from this estate agency. From the start, it was clear they only care about pushing through a quick sale rather than actually understanding what I need. They pressured me to fit their timescale with zero consideration for my personal circumstances or capacity to move at that pace.<br><br>There was also no attempt to understand what I’m looking for in my next property. I specifically need a 3-4 bed detached house, and despite telling the agent this, I kept receiving listings for 2 bed semis instead from the ‘agent’ Mandip Nagra. It felt like nobody was actually listening to my requirements.<br><br>On top of that, when I asked to rearrange a photography session for my house, Mandip was genuinely rude to me about it, saying that I was making the estate agent lose money. He spoke to me in a condescending tone stating ‘you do know that this isn’t the first time you’ve tried to rearrange the photography session, right?’ That interaction was the final straw of why I decided to pull out of the sale entirely. If a basic conversation about rearranging a booking turns into rudeness, it doesn’t inspire any confidence in how the rest of the process would be handled.<br><br>Overall, this experience has left me feeling like a number rather than a client. I’d expect basic listening skills and courtesy as standard, and this agency failed on both counts. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want an agent who actually takes your needs into account. I really hope the manager, Steve, will speak to Mandip regarding my complaint about his attitude as this will continue to push customers away if it is not corrected.

Big thank you to William H Brown, especially Arwen who went above and beyond to help us find and secure a property when relocating back to South Yorkshire. Had a stressful time chasing the sellers but finally completed and moved in. Would highly recommend. Thank you again ??????
