Fantastic from start to finish. House sold within a week and their recommendations of other services were also excellent from solicitors to damp surveyors. I would definitely recommend this branch, the team, particularly Sarah and Harry were extremely helpful and kept me regularly updated with the progress of the move and solicitors.

I couldn't recommend them enough. Really helpful throughout the entire process, easy to get in touch with someone to to ask about anything. Very quick with email replies but also keeping me updated on the process of the sale. My contact Helen was always friendly and professional, as was all the team. Service was a 10/10 and I would definitely go to them again.

They offered advice on valuation that matched our expectations, they put it on the market at the value we wanted. We had viewings constantly whilst it was on the market.
They advised us to keep taking viewings after offer accepted until we were sale agreed. This resulted in a higher bid, so it was worth it.
Only negative was the amount of Photoshop used in photos.

What can I say the staff at Your Move Tunstall are just amazing, they fought our corner all the way through our house sale which took a considerable time due to a management company dragging their feet for several months! Your Move chased regularly and also kept us informed of updates all the way through. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and already have. Keep up the good work guys!

We had a really positive experience with the estate agents we used through Rightmove. Tim, the salesman who came out to value our house, was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us great confidence from the start. He took the time to explain the process clearly and provided a realistic and helpful valuation.
Throughout the sale, Georgia in the office was our main point of contact and she was excellent. She was always professional, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Georgia kept us updated at every stage and made what can often be a stressful process feel much smoother and well managed.
Overall, the whole experience was handled very professionally and efficiently. We would definitely use them again and would happily recommend their services to others.
