Had a very good experience with YourMove Plymouth. Connor was a pleasure to deal with and even managed to get us a last-minute viewing for a property as we were only visiting Plymouth for the day from Bristol. Would definitely recommend this branch if you're looking for property in the local area.

Richard, Sophie & Jane were absolutely amazing during the sale of our house. They were patient with us and always clear with communication. Whenever we rang, they answered the phone straight away, there was always someone to talk to and they always tried to be as helpful as possible. Would 100% recommend them to sell your house!

Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

Average, poor communication, poor picture quality etc, didn’t really push the house via their platforms, wasn’t happy with the write up etc<br>Was told by the manager at the time I couldn’t put my house on for the price I wanted it to be on for…. I’m the customer right, never told on a couple of occasions that the viewing didn’t happen etc<br>Did like Deon the mortgage broker tho he was amazing<br>Went with another independent chain after 3 months and sold within 4 days<br>Would never go with a huge chain like this again

Darin and Amanda were very helpful when it came to showing us around our new home and getting everything ready for us, they were quick in responding to any queries and questions we had. We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.
