We were really impressed with Your Move - particularly Lauren and Katy who were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. They were responsive, knowledgeable and helped to get the transaction across the line, which had some tight timeframes and complex legal points to meet and address. We had initial meeting with Lisa with regard to bringing property to market, but Sophie has been our main point of contact since then, handling all our enquiries and viewings. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and she was always there to answer any questions we had regarding the processes.
We feel Sophie is an absolute asset to the Glenrothes branch.

We found Your Move - Houghton-le-Spring to be a very professional and efficient estate agency. From first contact, the valuation, photography, brochure preparation, first viewing and receipt of an offer for full asking price took less than 3 weeks. Sales Manager Rachel Smiles was especially helpful in giving advice on content of the sales brochure and her friendly staff in arranging the 2 viewings by first interested party. We would highly recommend this agency to value and sell your property quickly at its true market value.

Your Move, Belper, were exceptionally helpful and professional in every aspect of the sale, from the initial valuation through to the final sale. We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos.
We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner.
We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
