15th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Branch Manager Krystle and team members Jada and Asad did a fantastic job in helping me to sell two properties in the Midlands. I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. A special mention must go to Hayley and Hope, who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond by allowing us to carry out several viewings at no extra cost, which was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated. They were also brilliant at constantly chasing all parties involved, keeping everything moving and ensuring the purchase was completed as smoothly as possible. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to respond, keeping us informed at every stage and helping to reduce what can be a very stressful experience. We’re genuinely grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agent to anyone buying or selling a property.

Kept me well informed and were very good at communication all through the process. Well done I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
