Me and my wife have been viewing multiple properties over the last few weeks with some terrible estate agents with various companies, it was a complete breath of fresh air meeting with Sebastian Poole from the Solihull branch. He was confident, polite and knowledgeable with all details of the property and area. Every question we asked was answered fully I've been growing tired of estate agents showing us around properties without basic knowledge of the property and area. We rented a property in Olton for a year until the landlord decided to sell the property, resulting in us receiving a Section 21 notice. ?Their communication was clear, and they supported us to the highest level right up to the end of the tenancy agreement. They also proactively sent us alternative options—available properties around Olton. ?I highly recommend the service they offer.
