We were impressed from Dan originally visiting us to sell our house in Bradford to all staff Clare, Louise and all the team have been professional, pleasant and their expertise in the field was excellent. Clare's advise and support in navigating us through the whole process was brilliant along with all the team. On behalf of my husband and I we would like to thank you all . 19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)House buying is stressful! Hunters were the least stressful part of the process and the various parties we needed to communicate with. They were helpful in communications and prompt with responses. They arranged multiple viewings for us so we could measure up etc and check things with various surveys. Thank you for being so cooperative and making the process smoother!

We were kept updated throughout the sale and Lily helped us to chase and push when things felt like they were stagnating. I would be happy to use Dacres again for a purchase and would absolutely trust them with my property sale! Thank you so much Lily x

Mainly dealt with Yvonne, she kept us upto date with everything through the process, was very supportive and helpful,. Would recommend.- 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We have just sold our flat which, due to the market and banks, took a long time. In the end we sold by auction. At all times, Nathan, Matt and Shaun at the Saltaire branch were very responsive, pleasant, helpful, and willing to discuss and give advice on our next strategy. On more than one occasion, the help was above and beyond what I assume is their job description, for instance when the final completion was done in a rush, Nathan went round to the flat to check I had left nothing behind. Many thanks.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Jasmine while moving into my new apartment. From the very beginning she was professional, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Moving can be stressful, but Jasmine made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. She kept me updated throughout, answered any questions quickly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always friendly and approachable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making the move-in experience positive, but Jasmine at Bridgfords really did go above and beyond. I’m very grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to move.

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters auction. House was listed on website and tenanted for a fixed amount of rent which I was told by the auction agent called Robert. Also house was in bad state but got told tenants don’t care so why do you. Only to find out later on that tenants have never paid anywhere near that amount and it’s so much lower. So was lied to first of all and then later to meet the tenants and for them to tell us all the work they was promised and they wanted the house fixing top to bottom. What an absolute joke and waste of time and money. Keep your money and go elsewhere they will tell you anything just to sell a house that is overpriced

Thanks to Thomas Barker and the staff at the YEADON branch for finally getting our house sale over the line, despite the involvement of a pretty inept conveyancing solicitor on behalf of our buyer. They arranged a viewing day within a week of contacting them and produced a professional online brochure. We had 3 offers from the viewing day and literally "sold" our house within the hour. What followed was quite a long drawn out process to completion but Thomas and the other members of staff remained professional, responsive & helpful, despite my nagging :). I would definitely recommend Thomas and the Yeadon branch to any prospective clients.- 22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jessica at William H Brown. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jessica was professional, approachable, and always kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I truly can’t recommend her enough – a real credit to the team at William H Brown!

21st Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Townends do not use Rightmove which is generally the go to site for people searching property. They insisted on doing bulk viewings on a weekend after being advised, and being aware themselves of the street parking issues. Communication was quite poor, I didn't expect weekly updates but I had to ask for progress and what strategy was in place to push the property which they couldn't answer. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
