11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Recently viewed a property for sale. The estate agent made us feel very awkward by following us round everywhere. When we asked very basic and common questions such as 'how old is the boiler?' we were met with 'I don't know, I just do the viewings'. I even emailed some questions to them 7 days ago and had no reply. It may not matter to them, but when I'm potentially making the biggest purchase of my life, it's important that basic questions are answered so I can make these big financial decisions. If they handle viewings in this poor way, I dread to think how they handle the whole buying/selling process!

The communication throughout was also good. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again in the future or recommending to friends.
