Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. However, the Preston Park sales team were really helpful throughout the process and their communication and updates were better than my solicitor! There were a few delays within my chain, but we got there in the end. Thank you to Kate, David, Tom, Suzanne and Emily. The flowers and card were also nice to receive on completion day.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.
