From start to finish, he was proactive, responsive and incredibly supportive — especially given how complex our chain was with a linked sale, company purchase and tight timelines. Tom kept things moving when others slowed down, communicated clearly at every stage and was always available to step in and unblock issues when needed. It genuinely felt like he was invested in getting the deal over the line, not just progressing it. What stood out most was his persistence and calm approach under pressure — nothing ever felt too much trouble, and he handled a pretty intense process with real professionalism. Throughout the process of the sale I was updated regularly on the progress and I felt I could ask questions and get honest answers. I couldn’t of asked for better service. From the very start this company were very professional in their approach , offering advise not only on the selling price but also on how to present the property photographically. All members of their team were happy to answer any question we raised thereby ensuring the subsequent sale went through smoothly. He goes above and beyond, squeezing viewings in for us in a crowded diary. He is creative and thoughtful when showing us houses that need a lot of work. He is extremely driven, hardworking and motivated. He sends me more properties than any other agent I am registered with. He is a pleasure to work with and professional and considerate. Harry Mishons was was incredibly easy to contact, informative and pragmatic from booking the first viewing, all the way to completion. During the process, they were informative and supportive in ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible while we made sure it was the right purchase for us. Keira and Harry checked in during the process and kept us informed and were very helpful Mishons were also supportive on giving access to the property for further visits, including prior to completion. I am still amazed at how smoothe the buy process was, compared to what I was expecting and Mishons were a huge part of this. I would recommend them to anyone

It has been significantly delayed with little to no clear communication about timelines or reasons for the hold-up. Reaching out for updates has been frustrating, as responses are either slow or unhelpful. For an organization that should be setting a standard for reliability and accountability, this experience has fallen far short. Delays like this can have real financial impacts, and there seems to be no urgency in resolving the issue. I would strongly urge improvements in transparency, response times, and overall customer service. At the very least, people deserve clear information about when they can expect their money back.

They’ve also gone above and beyond in helping members of my team secure accommodation. One staff member has already found a flat through them, and I’m currently working with them to help another. A special mention goes to Rebecca, the managing agent, who has been absolutely incredible throughout the process. Her support, responsiveness, and dedication have made everything so much easier. 24th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I can’t fault the hard work that Aidan and Harry have put into selling our flat. When we first appointed Lextons last year, we were really unhappy with the service we received, however when our buyer pulled out and we had to go back on the market they did a full 180 and have been brilliant. Aidan was appointed to our sale after our buyer withdrew and he has been excellent. So kind, easy to talk to and has been really helpful throughout this whole process. He’s kept us in the loop, and kept us calm when things got a bit stressful. We really appreciate the work that he has done to get our sale over the line.
16th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)As a local landlord I have used Hanover Homes as my letting agent for over thirty years, going back to when they were Wilkinsons in Elm Grove. The fact I have stayed with them for so long says more about their service than I can explain. They take the effort out of being a landlord at a very fair commission. When they book tradesmen the prices negotiated are very fair. I have other properties, outside of the area that Hanover covers and the letting agents there are permanently trying to rip me off with inflated trade prices, such that I book my own Gas certificates etc, but with Hanover I don't bother as the prices they pay are often cheaper than I can negotiate. If you would like to speak to me about their service then I have authorised them to give my email to any landlord that might be looking to improve the service they get from their current letting agency.

The whole team are committed, enthusiastic and professional. From day one I felt absolutely confident that Josh and his associates were interested in my specific needs and could support me through a complicated sale. I moved my property to Luff & Co after terrible service at a competitor where I fell for the normal con of them indicator a higher sales price to market at. This competitors feedback was none existent where as Luff & Co kept me informed of every viewing before and after. They also advised on house dressing when the market slowed significantly. All in all a thoroughly professional service.

6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Daisy, Kelly, Jackie, Kirsten and Bob were all brilliant during the property purchase process and kept nudging it along when things slowed down, remained patient but never lost sight and stayed encouraging when I was losing the will. After the purchase Daisy and Kelly have continued to support with my questions and concerns around those things that you find out only when you get the keys. I've felt supported through the process and after completion. I'm so grateful for the support of such a great team. Highly recommended.

She's been amazing to deal with - super professional, excellent communication and organised with the contract and admin side of things. She has found amazing tenants. Very happy with Leaders service. Superb service by Molly at Leaders in 2022. Her communication was excellent, kept me up-to-date with all steps, provided expert advice and she found me great new tenants in only a few days! would highly recommend. Excellent service from George at Leaders (2017), found us lovely new tenants in less than a week and was very professional throughout.
