I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

They made what can often be a stressful process feel really straightforward and kept everything moving so smoothly. We were really impressed by how quickly everything was organised, from arranging viewings to getting all the paperwork sorted.<br><br>Thank you both for making the whole process so easy, we'd happily recommend Sawyers to anyone looking to rent in the area!

Adam was so very kind to my frail, old Dad who was giving up living independently after losing his wife, and was also unwaveringly supportive of me despite my lack of understanding about the way real estate sales work in the UK.<br>Adam did what he promised and helped me sell my elderly father’s large flat in Hove promptly, with as little stress as possible, for the price we had hoped for. And he accomplished this for me transatlantically as I live in Canada. His recommended solicitor, Helen Rowe of DMH Stallard, was equally excellent. I would recommend this team to anyone! I am beyond grateful for their assistance at this most challenging time.

22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)When my father died a little over a year ago, I contacted Weatherill's and two other agents for probate valuations. This was stage one of two for me as the house would subsequently be listed. So, in many ways, it allowed me to gauge the calibre of the team as well as that of the company. I met Kevin and immediately liked his professional and courteous manner. It was then a simple process of engaging with him and the excellent team when taking the house to market. I was impressed from start to finish. The whole house selling/buying process is more protracted today than it was but we were grateful for the support at every step.

2nd Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)I let one of their employees cross the road in front of my car on Greyhound lane, SW16 yesterday. This guy decided to walk in the road, preventing me from driving and resulting in the lights turning red. This shows an arrogance and a lack of consideration for others. Don't sell your house with these (PROFANE LANGUAGE WAS CENSORED).
9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)I have been letting through PS and B for 23 years. Recently they have not paid me my rental income, they are ignoring my emails and calls. I dont know what is going on but I need my income to pay my mortgage payments. I would love one of the directors to make contact.

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. I never felt like just another client or another property on their books. They took the time to understand my circumstances, offered honest advice and support, and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful and overwhelming, but they made everything feel so much easier. Their communication and support was exceptional – Zak and Eloise were always available to answer my questions and queries, offer support and kept me updated throughout the entire process.<br><br>Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding, but it was their kindness and ability to go above and beyond that made the biggest difference. 1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can’t fault the service I had from Fosters with our recent move. I dealt primarily with Jessie and Mark. They were professional, knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and reliable. Communication was excellent. Advice was on point. They were really proactive and moved things forward well, without ever creating any unnecessary stress for me. I would definitely use them again in the future and genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)As tenants, we had a very disappointing experience with this agency. We would not recommend them to either tenants or landlords. They collected our rent but failed to pass it on to the landlord for several months. They also failed to protect our tenancy deposit within the required 30-day legal timeframe, causing unnecessary stress and concern. Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting this agency.
