I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Wow, what a journey! Adam stuck with us through thick and thin as we sold two properties and used the money to buy another one in a completely different part of the country. It was a pretty difficult and complicated process, but Adam helped us through it all in such a lovely way. He always made us feel comfortable, and by the end of it, honestly, he felt more like a friend than our estate agent. We’re so grateful for everything he’s done for us and couldn’t recommend him & his team highly enough.

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

A special mention to Hassen, who I worked with from start to end of the process, and who was friendly, communicative, responsive, honest, positive and super upbeat throughout. Would definitely approach King and Chasemore to list again in future.

If I could leave him an extra star I would! He went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced when buying previously. He supported and guided us throughout the whole process and was always on hand to chat through any challenges during the legal process. He was professional, knowledgeable and an all round good guy! 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Cox & Co are an outstanding Estate Agents. I used them recently to sell my house and help me in the purchase of my new flat both in Hove. From the onset of my professional experience, everything was first rate. Marc came to value and market the house. He was armed with information and data to help price my property accurately in the current market where house prices had been returning to normal after the Covid spike. So took his advice and set the price. As he asked me for what difference between the buying and selling would be my target. Sarah then took over the viewings and they then sold my house and a price which after 3 lower offers we were prepared to accept. He vetted by buyers and ensured that I got the best buyer from the two bidding buyers. Marc, then helped me to get an outstanding solicitors and continued to help me negotiate, on our behalf the purchase of our lovely flat. He also got me to that difference in the net values which I had targeted. That was astonishing in the current market. A huge testament to his understanding of the local property market. After which all the day to day work was placed in the very capable hands of Josh, who fully supported, helped and guided us to a very stressful end of process. This was an outstanding team effort with no weak links. So I will without hesitation reccomended Cox & Co to anyone who wants to buy and sell property locally in the Brighton, Hove, Portslade and local area without hesitation. This is a class outfit. He was friendly and understanding about what I wanted in my first home.<br><br>He answered all my questions on our initial meeting and throughout the process.<br><br>As I was a first time buyer, I was not sure on the processes of getting a mortgage advisor, solicitors and surveyors.<br><br>Tailor James recommended us a mortgage advisor, solicitors and Surveyors, and guided us again throughout these processes.<br><br>If you want personal and bespoke service when buying your home. I could not recommend Jimmy and Tailor James more.<br><br>His attentive nature and passion, made buying my first home less stressful.
