They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.

However, the Preston Park sales team were really helpful throughout the process and their communication and updates were better than my solicitor! There were a few delays within my chain, but we got there in the end. Thank you to Kate, David, Tom, Suzanne and Emily. The flowers and card were also nice to receive on completion day.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.

They charged 1% which is very competitive and we secured a very fair price for our Victorian semi and were moving within 4 months. They responded quickly and were always friendly and helpful, even supporting us with contact on their days off! Alex took over the handling once the property was being viewed and under offer and I am not sure I have the words to explain how amazing she is. During a very stressful time of my life she always went the extra mile. She was kind and understanding and helped make the selling of the family home about as easy as it could be. I will always remember her kindness. If you want an excellent professional service with a human touch there isn't anyone else that you should be talking to.

Henry Adams arbitrarily decided to base income requirements for renting off net income, contrary to best practice and what every other estate agent follows to do referencing. Maria is completely clueless over the phone and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about. They also love to act like they have no control over anything and it's all out of their hands. You guys are the ones doing referencing, you are the ones who set what you take into account and what platforms you use. I would avoid if you don't want to have to deal with weeks of stress for no reason, never had an experience this terrible in all my years of renting.
